I have been using this app fairly frequently to send money to my folks. Sadly there is no welfare system there. I digress. After two or three very successful transfers, I had problems using the app on my phone. However, it works brilliantly on my iPad mini. Transfers are swift. Updates are immediate. And rates are very clear and competitive. What is more, commissions are less than a pound. All round, a brilliant app and service. Hopefully, it works on my phone again.

They give you good rate,but the annoying thing is all the time they keep asking you for your source of income and bank statement.My recent experience was worst of the lot when initially they asked for my pay slip,after uploading that,they asked for my bank statements(i have 2 account).And in my statements,it is clearly seen i transferred the exact amount from my one account to another which i am sending back home by ACE.But now they asked for payslip/B.S from everyone i have transaction with.

Amazing experience, Sent money to wrong bang by mistake and asked for a withdrawal of transaction and it was done within minutes and with no hassle. Received my money. I\'ve had no problems with any of my transactions and also get the highest rate which is pretty amazing. Highly recommend the app to anyone who sends money abroad.

Great exchange rate compared to other competitors. I was very impressed to have been called to verify my transaction because they noticed something wasn\'t right about the execution location. Only for me to confirm to them that I was using a VPN and they advised further. This is something I never got from other transfer apps I\'ve been using and it makes me feel secure and cared for. However, I think the app layout can be aesthetically improved and made faster (transaction speed too). Weldon!

Fantastic app. The rates are the best on the market I found. The fee is next to nothing and consistent regardless how much you send. Money transfers relatively quick to destination, although not instant. I recommend you pay a debit card rather than a bank transfer, this process is complex.

I have been using ACE for a few years now, never had any problems tbh and there rates are always higher than the others. Top service highly recommended and off course the app is very easy to use only if you know how to use it.

very bad experience. I was using this app from 2016 ,but they don\'t care about their customers they always make trouble during transfer money and just keep asking for more and more documents without any reason .

I am giving 5 stars to this app. the interface if the app is very user friendly. Great exchange rate as compared to other respected companies. No transfer fee above then 200 euros transfer. The duration of the transfer takes few minutes if you do payment with your credit card. If you use your bank account to transfer it will take 1 or 2 working days which make sense. In short everything is perfect, trustworthy organisation :))))

the best money transfer so far n it\'s my no.1 I will recomend it 1000 times n that\'s why I gave out 5 star . it\'s my first time using , u might find a little difficult when registering because they want to be sure on identify & verify you but onces you are through it\'s the best ever. Thank you again ACE n I believe you won\'t change ur best rates to lower rates in the future😊. I recomend it to everyone

It seems too much difficult when you send money for first time.Just changing/minimizing the page in a smart phone to see some info or email(phone number, account number)causes log out from the app and you\'ll have to start over because no draft remains saved.Then I revealed that you can actually make that from the more option below one after another.
