I canceled my account. It started out great but after a month or so there were issues. My bank wasn\'t connected, they couldn\'t confirm my direct deposit as income even though it comes in on the same day at the same time every 2 weeks. Things that should never have been an issue are now preventing me from getting an advance. Customer service is hit or miss. Mostly miss and they were charging 7.95 a month for this nonsense. Get it together Albert!

If I could give it no stars I would. I blame this mostly on they\'re customer service. They changed my account without notice and caused an overdraft in my regular account. When I went to contact them you can only do it through text. They did refund the charge however the response time is very slow and they do not work with customers. So something that is supposed to help you financially just cost me an extra 100. They\'re not here to help anyone! Hold music would be better than not replying to a text. A text implies that you are responsive. It\'s not email, phone or even a chat function. When you open yourself up via text it means that the response should be immediate. I don\'t care that you think you solved the issue by simply refunding the money. Your treatment of me as a customer was so sub par and could have been easily avoided had you given warning that the subscription was going to be charged. You caused me $75 dollars in banking fees and all you can say is you\'re human. YOUR NOT YOU\'RE A CORPORATION. So either hire more humans or treat your existing customers better. Great service! When I first started using Albert, it seems like maybe there was something off with the algorithm used to track my income deposits because the dates were off. But it seems now like that has been fixed. Recently I have been able to consistently use Albert to fill the income gaps I come upon. It\'s a great service, so far so good!

App has been super easy to use and I\'ve taken advantage of them removing 10 bucks from my check each week. Such a small amount goes unnoticed and I\'ll allow it to continue to climb slowly then use it for a vacation or trip in the future it\'s a great feature you can choose how much to save. They also let me know when I have a bill coming up and if I will have funds to cover it before next check, if not then I can use the borrow option to save me from late fees and overdrafts.

I have the app and it was awesome at first! Definitely helped me be more cautious of how and where I was spending my money. Now it says I\'ve lost contact with my bank account and it won\'t reconnect even though I\'ve changed my passwords and everything. Ive tried to text and email support through albert and texts don\'t send through and email doesnt respond. So now I have money trapped in the app I can\'t get out. Would not recommend using this app at all.

Love using this app for savings. I have it set up to auto withdrawal from my bank account. It does it in small amounts that mimic random purchases, so I don\'t even realize the money is coming out. Occasionally I remember to check on it and BAM! I have a sweet little nest egg that I completely forgot about. It also tells me when I have certain spending trends and offers helpful hints on where I can improve. Love this app!

Absolute disaster of an app. I was on the waiting list when there was over 100,000 people on it. Now that I can finally borrow, it continues to give out errors even though it\'s making deposits into my bank account just fine. It takes a day to get a response from the highly unprofessional customer \"support\" team. I do not recommend. Try Dave, Earnin, Branch, Cleo, anything before this. Waste of time.

If I could give less than a star I would. The absolute worst investing app of all time and the worst problem is there is no customer service number that you can call or contact to delete your account. The text messaging communication within the app is trash and I have been overdrafted three times now because of the smart savings option. It is the worst investment app of all time and I stand by that. Please don\'t download this app if you care about keeping your money. They are fraudulent

I like Albert in theory, and had it all set up - including manually classifying certain transactions as \"Bills\" so that my budget was completely accurate. I thought the app was smart enough to save that info month to month. Then the next month rolled around, and my budget was back to being only the transactions it automatically registers as bills (like Netflix) and all my manual work was undone. I don\'t want to redo my budget every month, so I cancelled my sub and it\'s back to Excel.

No matter how many times I refresh the connection to my account & the app says it was successful, it doesn\'t update. It just loops me back to refreshing the connection. In addition to a closed acct that I can\'t remove from the app, without a bank statement. Closed access don\'t generate bank statements. I\'d really just like to close the app & get my money out. But since I have a closed acct attached to it, they won\'t allow it. I think the other bad reviews about it being a scam are true. 👎
