Im new here. First impressions is good, lots of coins, nice ui... BUT, fee for withdrawal is crazy!! And that a big surprise and shame. (for withdrawal of: 6 coin from prom, I\'m asked to pay 2 prom, which is 30% . 129fis coin, I\'m asked to pay 10.3fis, which is almost 10%. I truly hope they will reconsider that fee issue, since it\'s a big setback for the platform/brand and my willingness to continue/broadening my use. Solve it, and I will give more stars. ⭐🙏

Update: i just experience somsthing i couldn\'t dreamed of! I send OM v1 and not OM V2 to my bitmax address. to recover it and provide costumer support they ask for 0.1ETH! The most expensive exchange to withdraw from!!! Pay attention each token can vary greatly. Staking is amazing, would love to see more transparency regarding the fees taken by bitmax. I would like to know the cost of the service compare to staking outside. alert for token price is basic, come on guys!

Everything was fine until suddenly, yesterday(day before the time of review) I opened the app but it didn\'t show any price or order, not even my balance. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and still the same. Now I can\'t even log in. I tried using chrome to log in, still nothing. My question now is, what is going to happen to my $1000 worth of crypto?🤷🤷

I like that this exchange offers a nice variety of coins. I do not like that it is not easy to sell, withdrawal or trade your coins on it. High fees and not so user friendly in the area.

No way to add cash from the app only the web, margin future is faulty you lose money if you are not very careful, futures is only for one token, fees are really high, i do not recomand to use the app for a long time

After i make some profit they close the account and try to login and it say wrong password and contact the help and support and no answer as well this is really bad app I don\'t care how much I lost but I will leave bad reviews every where
