I haven\'t used this bank yet as I got accepted yesterday but so far customer service is absolutely amazing. If this bank turns out to be everything it claims to be, I will definitely be giving it 5 stars soon.

The app works but the service is terrible.I was expecting $20 for opening a new account with them. It stated that it may take 45 days from the date of opening to receive the funds. i have yet to receive them i called them around 40 day mark to confirm. they then stated it would take another week. here we are a week later (50 days since opening) and i still havent received it. Customer service is not helpful at all. Save yourself the hassle. spoke with 4 different agents they are no help!

Not of to a good start!! I opened this account about a month ago. Now I don\'t have a problem with paying a monthly fee so I agreed on 10 dollars to start. I set up an additional transfer of 200.00 and go back today to check and they\'ve taken 150.00 for an annual fee. I DO NOT recall agreeing to this and if that is the case, that should be something that\'s taken out every month over a period of time. We are in difficult times right now and not many people have 150 dollars to have taken from them

Great Bank! Great App! My only question is, how can I upgrade from my Summit Account into a Spend & Save account? I\'m not able to do it online on my own, so I\'m wondering if it\'s going to automatically upgrade (if so, when?) or do I have to call you guys to get that done. A response will be greatly appreciated, thank you :)

For the most part, the choice to use this bank and app has been a good one. The app has all the functionality you could want or expect from a full featured bank. The only room for complaint is if you end up needing support. So far, the recommended method of contacting support is email and a response could be a few days to a week as it was for a card replacement, or simply no response at all, as with 4 emails over 4 weeks looking for status on referrals completed.

New update crashing. Can\'t even get to login screen. As an online only bank, if I can\'t login, you are useless to me. I will have to move my money. Prior versions of app take forever to load. Fingerprint authentication was clunky and glitchy. Again, can\'t comment on latest update except to say I can\'t get past the home screen. When I click login I get an error message I\'ve never seen before.

This bank used to be good but then they forced everyone to switch account numbers and it has been nothing but problems since. Customer service is MIA and they won\'t even answer emails anymore. The transaction ledger online and on the app I\'d never accurate anymore and always delayed a few days. If you are interested in this bank id wait to see if they get it together. There are issues but 0 transparency into them which is discouraging

Terrible customer service! I have waited a mo th for my debit card to be sent to me. Everytime I emailed them I got an automated response from \"Cindy\" about how it\'s going to be 7 to 10 days... and I still never showed up. Dont waste your time, and money here!!!! I should have listened to the reviews

If I was describing just the banking and the app I would have given 5 stars but unfortunately the support is so bad. I ordered checks on 12/27. They finally replied on Jan 9, 11 days later telling me their email volume was high and that they would get back to me in 1-2 days. I never heard back. So 3 days ago I sent another message for the checks again. Haven\'t heard back yet. So I guess I need to find a new bank because it\'s unacceptable.
