Very good! You can access the classes just by watching a 30 sec add. Classes are straightforward and easy to follow. I\'m happy with the app. Would probably go for a membership if I get this exercise routine going :)

Not for beginners. There is no step by step I instructions. From lesson 1, they use yoga terms that are unfamiliar. Besides, it\'s too complicated and difficult for a beginner. Don\'t get fooled by the \"questionnaire\" when you download the app. It does not seem to personalize anything. So disappointed.

Good yoga, but if you\'re a beginner it goes too fast! I have done yoga for years (more hot yoga) but I\'ve never gone this fast through poses. I appreciate the pause button and the ability to go back and do it again, but definitely not for beginners.

Definitely not for beginners! I got the app to get back into yoga, I\'m not actually a beginner but I am post partum so when it asked to tailor my programme I put beginner. The first work out was wake up, the first pose is downward dog to full plank with a leg lift and a rock? Not for beginners. There is nothing in the app other than work out videos, no instructions, no information on where to start, what to do on which days its just some videos. You can get the same on you tube without paying.

It\'s actually rather good and from what I\'ve tried so far, you don\'t have to get a membership, just watch an ad to unlock the videos... Could be slightly slower in places though.

I was charged for this app and ive never heard of it and i never subscribed to it an im pissed theyre charging ppl who dont even have an account with them

First time doing yoga and can\'t bend all the ways. Maybe should go a bit slower for beginners, but otherwise i hope it helps me sleep.

Just started, but good so far. I like that you can do 6 mins at a time which is good to get started with as motivating myself to take time to do anything is difficult.

I think that if you are already physically fit, but just haven\'t tried yoga before, this app would be a good fit. For someone who is not only new to yoga, but also out of shape, it moves to fast and is difficult to physically follow. Not quite what I had in mind.

Just completed the first session. Definitely not for complete beginners. I wanted to do this as I don\'t like intense exercise. I\'m not as flexible as I used to be and couldn\'t follow along especially not knowing yoga terms, I had to watch the screen. It finished with meditation which was really lovely and definitely set me up for the day with a relaxed feeling. They also tried to rip me off when I signed up. I couldn\'t afford the full price and when I was going to exit, they gave half price...
