Unable to login from more than one device so if you lose your phone or forget it and need to log into your account you might as well forget it. Also there is no customer service phone number that I\'m aware of and trying to get someone on the chat takes forever. Hours sometimes. Money transfers take too long and there is no ATM deposit capability. I have been waiting since the 20th for my deposit to transfer. Today is the 27th.

I just got my card 2 days ago. I\'ve used it 4 times now and already twice I have gotten back a bella surprise after my purchase. And it wasn\'t a small amount either. One was for $32 on a $23 purchase and I just got back $45 when I spent $22 on breakfast! I am currently in love with this new concept and hope it continues to be a blessing to use my account!

God awful service. They tell you it taken7-10 days to get your debit card and that hasn\'t happened yet. I\'ve had this account 2 weeks now. I was told I can use this with cash app but I can\'t until I receive my card. I was told they would email me the tracking number for my card and haven\'t received anything. You can\'t talk to anyone live. This app has not given me a good first impression.

My account is now suspended.. Can someone please contact me, I\'d greatly appreciate it. It told me to message bit it isn\'t allowing me to do so. Either way account should not be suspended.

So far, I love it! Set up was really smooth and I got my card like the next day. I\'ve successfully connected a bank account and transferred money to test it and it works great. I don\'t know how using it to get paid would work. I\'m not going to try that yet as it\'s not necessary. It does take a couple days for transfers. How long would it take for direct deposit? Perhap I\'ll try in the future.

Extremely poor interface. Most banking apps are designed to show all important information (i.e. account balances) on the \"home\" screen. This app forces you to continue swiping to new pages to get information that in my opinion should be more easily accessible. Also, I don\'t see any options to load cash at retailers which means I have to connect another bank account. That defeats the purpose. Since this is advertised AS a bank account, I figured a bank account elsewhere wouldn\'t be required.

This isn\'t well thought out. I got where i had to upload my ID and proof of address. Then i just get into an infinite loop where it asks me for my ID, then address, over and over. No error message or hint of why. This has been on 3 different versions of the app. Customer service chat is very friendly, but no help. I tried starting over. Now when i get to the ID section, it tells me they\'ve already seen my details and to try logging on. I try to reset my password, but never get the reset email. F

I was one of the early ones on the wait list for this service. I waited forever just to finally get my invitation after it went live and attempt to set up my account but I\'m stuck on the part of sign up where you verify your email address. I put my email in to get my confirmation email sent to me, but I\'ve yet to receive the verification email. Its been days and I\'ve tried clicking \"resend\" due to not receiving the email and still no luck. Please fix this so I can finish signing up!

App itself is borderline garbage. Nice layout but force closes a lot. It says 3 to 5 business days to transfer money from your own account to your bella account, but it\'s more like 7-10 business days. If you want to deposit more money into your account faster they encourage you to download yet another app. It\'s a lot of extra work.

The app has potential but is inconsistent & changes in settings won\'t take. My biggest issue is, I\'m currently in correspondence with support to remove restrictions that were slapped onto my account for unknown reasons. Very unhappy. I understand the bumps in the road of a startup, but this is an example of bad business practice.
