Not only do I have to re log in everytime I use the app I was writing something in a discussion board, accidentally pressed the back arrow and lost everything I had just spent the last two hours writing. Why this app doesn\'t have a saving feature I don\'t know. I\'m going to go cry now, two hours wasted and some really good writing deleted. Please revamp the app so work isn\'t deleted the second you press one button.

I\'ve used this app 2.5 years and was just fine and working excellent until it updated January 2021. Now every single time I leave the app to check mail (which sometimes I need to do for an assignment!) I have to re-enter my username and password. And it does NOT save this information so I\'m keying in a long letter, number, symbol combination. The app\'s primary function for me was convenience and it no longer is.

Overall, this is a really good and useful app. Especially if you just want to check your grade in a class really quick. i was also really surprised at how easily you can take quizzes and tests through the app. The main thing that aggravates me about the app is how many notifications it sends when a professor changes or adds something to the class content or posts an announcement. I wouldn\'t mind as much if when a notification came through it would only tell you about it once.

Honestly the app has always been a bit gimmicky but now I can\'t even check my grades on the app \"something\'s wrong\" is the error message I get for every single class, mind you it works perfectly fine on desktop. You can\'t open certain files others you can it depends on what software you have downloaded on your phone and for goodness sake stop making me sign in every single time I get on the app, it\'s ridiculous

Well it WAS a great app, until the latest update. I was signed out and now I can\'t sign back in because the window where it asks you to allow cookies will not scroll down far enough to be able to press the accept button, preventing me from logging in or doing anything else after that. I use this app all the time for school, can this issue please get fixed??

Better. Wish it had better notification settings (and maybe personalization settings?) and was easier to log into when your school has special security settings, but a lot better than before, easier to navigate. My only true complaint is that it still doesn\'t show everything from the courses, like sometimes all announcements don\'t show or assignments aren\'t listed or can\'t be opened from the app.

There are problems in the app that makes it unintuitive to use. Primarily, the course messages does not notify if there is an incoming message. Secondly, the course page is very disorganized due to improper separator for every quarter/semester making it hard to navigate. Third, video clips are not working properly within the app. These are the problems that mostly affect me. Although, there are more problems present other than the aforementioned.

Makes me logout each time I use it. App was much better before. Now it looks like it\'s trying too hard aesthetically but loses the ease of functionality it had before. Edit 2/24 The problem still persists for me. I always have to log in using the web login, and when I hit the back button on my phone, it takes me back to the the login page.

Unreliable on mobile devices. One star is kind of a harsh rating for that flaw. However, the web version does not display properly on mobile and the app is unreliable about what can be accessed. The combination makes this platform more of a hassle than a help. Edit on 3/24/2020 The countdown for the QUIZZES is more stressful than my in class EXAMS. WHY IS THERE A SHRINKING BAR? I\'m not disarming a bomb. Also the 1980\'s called and they want their \"select recipients\" messaging layout back.

It\'s an ok app, but there are a a lot of errors. Some files can\'t be accessed. Reflection can only be accessed through the website. My answers sometimes disappears when I pass them, and sometimes they don\'t register. Even when I passed on time, it still says overdue. Sometimes, the scores are 0 even when all answers are correct. Another problem is that, there are frequent shut downs.
