Great App, but keeps crashing

Would be nice if it didn\'t crash every other button click. I can\'t do two things on a lead without having to restart the app. It\'s been the same for the previous version, too. Most unstable app I\'ve used.

BT is hijacking email they consider as being from a BT lead and I consider a friend. To make it worse BT strips off email attachments. This means having to ask for attachments to be re-sent to email addresses unknown to BT. Very frustrating. BT was very uncooperative trying to resolve this. We currently have more than a dozen licenses with BT that we will be moving to a new CRM vendor 1st qtr 2020.

The app is always crashing, updates are never in real time, and it doesn\'t even show useful information. Making using this service a pain in the ass since I always have to be at my computer to use it.

It\'s hot garbage. It won\'t even open. It loads for 2 seconds and then crashes 100% of the time.

Leads don\'t appear in order. Low functioning, requires use of another app to accurately log contact, have to toggle often which is inconvenient and overwhelming when I\'m busy. I dislike contacting clients through a Boomtown number. I feel it\'s more personable to have my clients saving and communicating through my personal number. Personal preference maybe.
