The logging and tracking is really cool, the UI is quite slick and everything feels snappy. The thing that ruined it for me was that entering food in assumes you make all your food from scratch from the most basic ingredients. They separate recipes and ingredients so you can\'t use a recipe as an ingredient. It would be worth the not so cheap $20/month if I was able to track my food consumption easily. Unfortunately I don\'t have time to manually enter the contents of everything I eat every time.

9.3.2020, unstable (again): frequent crashes since logo (et. al.) update last night...not able to \"add ingredients\" without crashing 😔 ----- Initial Review: So far, 👍🏼 I was trying to use too many apps to track health and fitness. Cara Care is much more intuitive, flexible, and comprehensive. It\'s only my second day, but I\'m hopeful! [12.31.2019 👎🏼Update: from 4 to 1 stars – today\'s \"little\" bug fix has been configuring for over an hour, and I\'m not able to track/log ... ARGH!!!]

Works in general but not helpful for me. I\'m having major issues with logging. Anything I enter prior to 4am shows up on the previous day I have confirmed the date is set correctly, and tested every time from midnight on, and it doesn\'t show up on the correct day until 4am. This is a big problem for me because my day starts at 12am, because I\'m a 3rd shifter, so the first half of my work day is on the wrong day, making this app useless for my needs.

App isn\'t that stable, and releases are usually slow to fix.

It\'s alright, I like the tags and clean graphic design, but the summary of data is absolutely awful. As a data analyst myself, I do not expect anyone to get any kind of meaningful feedback from the graphs. I\'m using the app as raw data storage, but I wouldn\'t recommend it for anyone wanting a clear picture of how their symptoms progress. If I find a better app, I will switch.

Nice interface and plenty of options, but oddly does not give the option to track fatigue which is a key symptom of many allergies/intolerances. It won\'t be able to track my \"good days\" and \"bad days\" without that. It also doesn\'t track other allergy symptoms like nasal or respiratory, even though these can also be food related (I have histamine intolerance and sometimes that means I struggle to breathe). Not all food related problems are digestive problems. EDIT: In response to the developer\'s reply: As a psychologist, I inform you that \"Fatigue\" as a mental health symptom is very different from \"Fatigue\" as a body state, especially when brought on by allergic reactions that effect physical energy but do not contribute to changes in mood. Please educate yourselves.
