After making and completing 1-2 phone calls, the app freezes. The only way to unfreeze it is to reboot my phone (android) or uninstall and reinstall the app. The IT dept at the company I work for just said to uninstall/reinstall which has not worked. Also, I never hear it ring! I will notice a missed call and that\'s it. I wouldn\'t recommend this app.

Still no fix for the persistent notification. I\'m seeing replies that we should reach out to our server admins which shouldn\'t be necessary. It\'s an app on my phone where I have control of the settings. I\'ve completely disabled the call services. Not sure why corporate call server settings should control a notification icon when I\'m just using the IM features. This worked perfect for me in June... July updates and onwards has made this extremely unreliable.

Disconnects randomly for no apparent reason at the worst possible time. App requires you to exit and wait for \"a while\" to reconnect. The \"a while\" can be a minute or two or an hour or two, depending on Cisco\'s unreliable servers. The absolute worst one ... of every messaging app out there. After every update the app has only gotten worse. Terrible app that I only have installed because of work requirements. Downgraded to older version, turned off automatic updates. Connection Issue resolved.

You\'d think Cisco could produce a strong app, but my experience hasn\'t been good. Soooo many dropped calls, bad connections, etc. None of which was due to poor reception/wifi. Sometimes I can access voicemails, sometimes I can\'t. Sometimes the app marks me as Away, even when I just got off the phone with someone 2 minutes ago... do better, be better

Awful. Phone service constantly disconnects (\"servers cannot be reached\"), requiring a re-start of the entire phone. Happens at least once a day. Looking at comments/reviews here, I am not the only one and it\'s far from an isolated instance. Plus, despite sending problem logs to Cisco since July (2020), Cisco has not even once reached out to me with suggestions. Update 9/30/2020: I downloaded the new version (which is 12.9.2) and will report back if I see improvement.

Pretty much does what it promises but it\'s not possible to go offline without signing out. It\'s annoying because I only want to be online in work hours but I don\'t want to have to type my password at the start of every day. The persistent notification is pretty annoying too. I only need a notification when I get a message.

App is very inconvenient. Every now and then it freezes and I have to open it again. Then you can\'t multitask when you are talking as you have to go back to the call to disconnect it (or to put it on speaker). The dialing is not smart.. it cannot differentiate b/w a contact with +/00 as International Dialing code and one has to modify the number on dialpad before calling. App ease of access needs to improve a lot.

Login is a bit confusing. I\'ve had to reset the app after every call due to it freezing. Also, when I\'ve completed a call there is no way to disconnect, I\'ve had to rely on the party I\'ve called to hang up for the call to disconnect, which again led to the app freezing. Some calls went automatically to speaker phone. These challenges are proving to be very frustrating as my employer has allowed some of the staff to work from home during these trying times, using a Samsung android phone.

Constantly does not connect the voice mail and phone accounts when signed on. I must disconnect from Wi-Fi first, use 4g mobile data to fully sign on, and then bounce back onto Wi-Fi. This is also an issue on the iOS version of this application.

I have to uninstall and reinstall the app once or twice a week in order to connect to the phone services to dial out. Even when it goes through, a fair amount of people report that my connection is spotty and I usually have to try them back from a more stable phone line. Only earned the second star because I wouldn\'t be able to connect to my work phone number without it.
