Can\'t even get logged in to see my shifts. As soon as I put in my password, it\'s just stuck on a grey circulating wheel that says authenticating. Not the first time this has happened to me. And yes location is on and it has all permissions. So not happy. I\'m trying to do my job and make money. Why arent the developers looking at these comments and addressing them quickly?
The app is a continuous headache. Always an issue.. when I work my overnight shifts, after midnight - it shuts my shift off & out. I cannot finish documenting & check off task list. I would delete the app, just to download it again. Many times. I should not have to call the company I work for to clock out every shift. Not efficient. App needs to be tweaked or updated through Clear Cares side.
The app works very slowly. Screens take a long time to load, and it often takes multiple tries to select tasks or submit comments. It also has issues with distance. I can be sitting next to my client in their home but it will say distance to client cannot be verified. This app works but just.
This app just gets worse and worse. Just about useless. I see CareConnect LLC at least ADDRESSES the issues with their app and responds to their users immediately. 10/30/20 I seriously give up. This is ridiculous. I\'m tired of \"tap/tap/tapping\" 50 times per \"yes\" or \"no\" to answer to tasks completed. Not to mention all of the other issues with the app. I\'m clocking out through Telephony from here on out.
I am a scheduler for a home health agency. We use this app and some of our cargivers cannot clock in/out or see any information when they are tagged in a shift with a client. Sometimes the app has to uninstalled and reinstalled and it works better.
The app is sloooow constantly buffers. I\'ve tried un and reinstalling. Click yes to accept a shift and it freezes so I spam it till it gives an error message so I can move on. So many others are having the the same issues. This is our livlihood and you seem to be doing nothing about it. When I\'m called to a client on an emergent basis I need to look them up quickly there I sit looking unprepared because I don\'t have the time to wait for an app to load or unstick. Or I need an address etc
It would\'ve got higher rating, however it becomes extremely annoying to have to repeatedly touch each yes/no button to answer questions. I wish it would work properly and i would only have to touch button 1x and it accept the answer. It seems like the last update screwed it up more instead of fixing it. It would be lovely to be able to clock out in 5 minutes or less, not 15+ minutes.
For a caregiver, this app is cumbersome and difficult to use. It won\'t save your password, so you have to type it in every time, and then login on a second page. Often it doesn\'t recognize the password when you type it, and makes you do it again. It won\'t let you clock in more than 4 minutes early, which makes shift changes awkward, and it logs you out after just a few minutes of inactivity. It also requires explanation for any listed task not completed, even if it doesn\'t fit the shift.
I can\'t clock in or out, even though the location in my phone is on and I\'m in the client\'s house. I have to re-enter my password every time my phone goes to sleep, even though I have the app set to remember my password. Half the time it won\'t accept my password, even though i know I\'ve entered it correctly. Also - please configure this app to provide reminders. i shouldn\'t have to enter reminder information into a second calendar.
I like the concept of the app but I have to press \"yes\" or \"no\" about 10-15 times before it\'s actually selected. I thought it was my phone but I tried it on a tablet and it did the same thing. And after I type in a description for a \"no\", it disappears half of the time, which is really frustrating when I type in a long one.
