I love all your apps!!! I started using it seriousley about a year ago. At first the level 1 circuits of 5 minutes were really tough, but now my progress is amazing! And I love the fact there are different levels and timing so I can choose a different routin whenever I feel like it. Awesome workouts for all muscle groups, intense, fun and time saving. Love you guys!!! ♥♥♥

Good but NEEDS TIME between exercises! Nice simple workout. Video very easy to follow, but they need to add enough time between exercises to change positions! By the time I switch sides or go from standing to the floor, it\'s halfway through the exercise.

Privacy concerns The app does what it says. The free version has only one set of exercises but they are well explained through videos. My major concern is with my privacy and that is why I am uninstalling it. Why would this app need to determine my phone number and serial number, if a call is active, the number that call is connected to, get the list of accounts known by the phone, etc?

I\'ve downloaded all the apps in this series. I\'ve had them for about a week or a little more. I\'ve used then every day, and they\'ve helped me lose about 3 pounds in a week along with healthy eating, and walking. I love them so far!

Just right for me. set the total time, rest 3 seconds before switching and keep going and be done no waste of time in between. this is my 4th app for arm workout and sticking with it.
