Ordered months ago, have yet to reveive my package. Then, Fashionnova mysteriously sent me an email, cancelling my order and stating a refund would be made (when I never requested them to do so) My Bank finally came thru and refunded their fraudulent charges because Fashionnova never issued my refund themselves. I had to go thru great lengths to get my money back and will NEVER do business with these crooks they call \"Fashionnova\" again!! HIGHLY recommended others steer clear also!!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE, AT LEAST RIGHT NOW. I placed my order A MONTH ago and paid for FAST SHIPPING. you\'ll be scammed. On top of that, I requested a refund 2 weeks ago, and NO RESPONSE. getting fed emails saying itll come in 7-10 business days because of delays, nothing. It hasn\'t even SHIPPED yet. Nonetheless I\'m livid.

We all know FashionNova clothes are beautiful!! But you guys need to improve and be clear on the shipment specially on holidays! PLEASE EXPLAIN: Flat Rate Domestic 2 DAY Shippinggg and it\'s been over 6 days and my items haven\'t even been send to me... it\'s not about patience, it\'s about being clear on the dates! Other than that, love the shoes and clothes I have order and the customer service here its efficiently.

I\'d give more stars but it\'s annoying how my favorites page constantly refreshes whenever I open something and back out of it. Takes me to the top of the list and I\'ve got a LONG list. Also, when you search stuff in the search bar, it seems to show every single thing that\'s sold out first. Makes no sense to have it at the top if its sold out anyway. Other than a few minor annoyances, the app is ok.

I love their clothing. I accidentally put the wrong address and asked if it could be changed they said no. I waited for my order to go back to them and emailed them asking if I could put a new address or get my money back. They never replied. So I emailed them again and nothing. I spent $58 and never got a refund or a response. Kinda frustrating when I love their clothing and their prices.

I think it\'s far better to go to the website. The size guid shows up blank, my favorites would not load until after 5 different attempts and their is just limited things that the app does not do compared to the site. Under filter options it limits you only to color while the website gives other options such as sizes and stuff. The app was a huge disappointment for me and not worth the download.
