It\'s nice...the only thing that kinda sucks is that there aren\'t any positive emotions in the thought diary. Some days are good and you want to write about it (: I also think some pre-made options would help to, for some of us who don\'t really know where to start

The thought diary helped me avoid a nasty panic attack the very first time I used it. My only gripe is that I can\'t seem to scroll the text boxes in the thought diary while writing an entry. Still 5 stars from me.

Where\'s The Sound? This breathing program would be great if it included sound. One must stare at the screen to see the prompts...not relaxing at all!
