Annoying (and confusing) that they only let you to buy one ticket type (adult, child, student, etc) per transaction. Very slow to respond to problems (a week) with no contact info other than email (chat just sends email/opens ticket, no support phone number). I had a problem, which they worked out, but I\'d be reluctant to buy anything last minute knowing you won\'t get a response for a week.

Unethical platform with the worst customer experience I\'ve ever had in my life. They were completely unhelpful when I attempted to make contact with them over tickets I purchased, and didn\'t respond to my query until AFTER the event... Then said they can no longer help me because the event is finished. Avoid using this app and this business. They will take your money and screw you over.

Warning! The purchase and payment process on this app is confusing and can result in inaccurate or unwanted purchases. Proceed with caution. I am currently trying to get them to straighten out a screw-up (unwanted charges) that occured when i was trying to pay. There needs to be a purchase review step before you actually charge your credit card. Its too easy to make a mistake.

I purchased tickets for an event and for some reason the date of the ticket was changed. I thought no problem they should be able to change it or refund it. Well good luck contacting customer service. They tell you, you can call or live chat to best contact customer service but the only option actually available is an email. Edit: It\'s been over a week now and I have yet to hear anything back from the company. Avoid using them or risk losing money.

Terrible experience, SCAM. AVOID. Bought tickets for my GF and I, candlelight concert. Emailed three weeks before to change reservation, got back with 1 week to spare saying \"sold out\"....they weren\'t sold out when I emailed. Night of, shes sick. Coughing and throwing up. I emailed and they say they don\'t change tickets, where it says on the ticket they do. They reply that they don\'t change tickets, so I screenshot the ticket and send it. They then closed my support case and stopped responding.

Bought tickets for a virtual experience that came with a cocktail package that was to be mailed to me. Tried several times to get a tracking number for the package, was told it would be sent to me via email. Because they do everything via email even though they have \"support\" through the app. I never received the package. I was never able to log into the event. I have emailed five times regarding a refund and I keep getting brushed off. This company is garbage, this app is useless. Don\'t use!!!

This is a review of the company more so than the app. Multiple messages to request ticket cancellation and have received no response. There is no other way provided to cancel tickets, so it\'s likely this is their way to rip off users. Won\'t be using this company to purchase tickets again.

Worst customer service experience possible. Waited in the chat watching the queue count down for an hour then they simply ended the chat. I tried again waiting over an hour again and heard nothing. No option for a call no help what so ever.

DATA HOG. Used it to go to the Stranger Things Drive Through event. I had the app open so they could scan my barcode to get me in. At the end of the event, used it to browse through the merch store before leaving. That was it, my entire usage of the app in January was a couple of hours on one night. AND IT USED OVER 1GB OF MY DATA PLAN. I\'m on Mint Mobile, don\'t use a lot of mobile data, but this puts a huge inconvenience on me for the next 2 weeks until my plan renews. No idea why it ate so much data but I will probably never use this app again.

Events in the app do not match events on their website. Recently there are a lots of complaints on trustpilot about the company cancelling and not refunding events, something that happened to me. Of course, apart from automatic responses, no one got in touch to solve the problem. Please do NOT download the app and do NOT book events until further notice.
