I\'ve had this app for 5 years and I\'ve never had an issue, until it said a new update must be installed before continuing. I updated it and restarted my phone and it keeps telling me I need to update it and it sends me to an error page. I\'ve updated it about 10 times and also went straight to the fifth third web page and it still says error and won\'t let me log in. Not sure if there is a glitch in the system, but how am I suppose to look up my account information?

Update (4/6/20): Not sure if it had been fixed or if it was just a fluke, but I was able to log into the app today. Hopefully, it will continue to work. Current version won\'t let me log in. Keeps saying that they are experiencing technical difficulties and to call customer service. Before this version came out, I had no problems with the app. Now that I can\'t use it, I miss it terribly. I hope it gets fixed soon because I like using the app more than logging onto the website.

Today the app gets no stars, but 2 days ago for the past 2 years I\'d give it 5 stars. It hasn\'t worked for 2 days, keep getting \" no internet connection\" or \"experiencing technical difficulties\" 5/3 technical support doesn\'t have answers at this time, tried seeing if verizon might have answers, the problem seems to keep pointing back to the app.

This app is atrocious and always \"shutdown for maintenance \". Your funds also arent available for you to transfer (within your own accounts) after about 9pm eastern. And, there is no available customer service representative after that same time. So, if its 10 pm, you\'re about to pay for a date, and you need to use the app to make sure your account is right... you wont be able to transfer funds AND you cant call anybody about it!! This app and terrible service has left me stranded more than once

Since the update, it will no longer let me log in, at all. Uninstalled and reinstalled, nothing. I have an Android phone, it works on my son\'s iPhone and my husband\'s Android. It keeps telling me there\'s a problem with the server, and that I\'m not connected to internet. Kind of hard to NOT be connected to internet when my wifi works just fine, and mobile data is on. Upset about this.

I love this app. I have been able to pay on accounts any time, anywhere. Occasionally, mortgage or credit card payment due date will slip my mind. The minute I remember, night or day, I can still make payment by the due date. It is just absolutely crucial in helping me to stay within budget when shopping. How did we ever bank without it?

Was forced to update the app but now I cant sign in because there is apparently a new version of this app available still after I updated. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling a couple times with no luck on signing in. Restarted my phone as well but still cant sign in due to an update that wont take... not my first or only complaint about this app. To bad you have to have this app to manage this account. This makes me want to move to a different bank.

All of a sudden this app will not allow me to login. It states, \"Opps there\'s a problem...\", \"We\'re having technical problems...\" or \"You are not online\". Fifth Third support is useless. They have no clue. Install, uninstall, reinstall, shut down, and start up...nothing is helping now!

can not log onto my app but can log on via internet. how is this supposed to be convienient? ive been told that i have to have my account for a month before i can use it wth. my wife has her app with our joint account and hers is working just fine. this needs to get resolved or i will take my money else where. this is crazy. i have been able to use it one time since i had it and now nothing. please fix the issue

An app update to to my Samsung J7 (2015) in Feb and my phone no longer connects. I get a message that I\'m not connected to the Internet. Phone works for all my other apps with no problem either on Wifi or using mobile data. (T-mobile) Customer service rep blames the phone. Problem is my wife\'s J7 has the same issue. Forced to now use my PC or tablet to access my account which sucks. Not about to buy two new phones just to use the 5/3 app.
