Flow journal focuses on self-discovery and gaining clarity for yourself through journaling and mindfulness.

Meditation is a great way to bring our attention inwards to notice the chatter in our head. Flow journal has a great feature that allows you to combine meditation with journaling. After the meditation is over, you can either end the session or journal down some hard to dismiss thoughts or feelings. Those hard to dismiss thoughts or feelings require our extra care and attention to either resolve or be mindful of. If we leave them unaddressed, they might end up harming our mind and body. It is important to write those thoughts and emotions down. It is almost like a conversation with ourselves.

You can also rate your meditation, reflect on your thoughts, emotions, and view your weekly insights to see how you are doing every week.

This app is a really wonderful tool to practice this type of meditation. The journaling after definitely helps reflect on the session to get more insight into the thoughts and feelings that occured.

Fantastic and Peaceful! Anything and everything gives me anxiety (yay! Lol) but this is very helpful to slow down and help myself out. My PTSD and autoimmune disease are heightened in the morning which is god awful. Thankfully this app can at the very least make me take a breather before engaging my very intense and disruptive feelings.
