OCD is a disabling condition that can negatively affect many aspects. Research shows that changing maladaptive (negative) thinking habits can have a positive effect on OCD, as well as anxiety and depression.

3 minutes a day? Are you kidding?

When we started working on the app, we knew that if we want to have a positive impact on people's mental health, we'd better make it easy for them to improve. We designed the 3 minute daily exercise program, and began studying the effect. Fortunately, the results were good.

Remember: positive change doesn't happen during training. It happens when you utilize supportive thinking in real life.

What is the focus of the app? OCD, anxiety or depression?

We designed this app to be fully personalized to you. During onboarding, select your challenges. We will guide you through.

How do I break my negative thinking habits?

1. Get to know what types of thinking patterns are negative

2. Learn to discard negative thoughts that are typical to OCD, anxiety, depression.

3. Discover supportive thoughts that can be used as an alternative inner monologue.

4. Train to embrace supportive thinking to build self-esteem, body appreciation and overcome intrusive thoughts.

5. Utilize the improved self-talk in your daily life.

Is this app similar to psychological therapy?

Our app platform is not designed to be used as a therapy or treatment, however:

1. It is being used by OCD CBT psychologists as a complementing tool.

2. It helps in maintaining healthy thinking during or after therapy.

3. It is found to reduce anxiety, worries, obsessions and more.

The app's many wide array of mental health topics are broken down into more than 500 levels. Each level has a pool of self-talk thoughts.

Training using this application, allows for gradual, steady learning of more adaptive self-talk thereby helping to break the vicious thought cycle maintaining low self-esteem.

Mood tracker

There is no such thing as a good thought or a bad thought. That\'s the problem with OCD is too much time is spent trying to figure out which thought is good, bad, etc when thoughts are just thoughts. It\'s like a computer. Do you know how many random things fly through computer processors? Same with the brain. For me trying to organize these thoughts into good or bad is counterproductive. OCD doesn\'t allow for gray area but life does. This app doesn\'t allow for gray area either and it doesn\'t let you just go with how you feel when answering questions etc. Not a fan at all. It doesn\'t challenge me, what it does is exacerbate symptoms even more. Great idea behind the app though for sure, it is just not working for me at all. My therapists noted I became worse using this app and do not want me using it.

I want to say this app is stellar, I am definitely going to purchase the full version. It does help when I review these positive affirmations repetitively to ingrain it in my mind. Anyone that suffers OCD like myself, will find this entertaining and beneficial in reducing symptoms. I would love seeing a therapist but that is not an option for me currently mainly due to travel constraints. No worries, I have this self-help app...very convenient.

I have the full version and it\'s genuinely helpful for OCD, but it\'s also overpriced for how scarce the content is. Also, lots of misspelling errors exist in the app, which make it feel unprofessional especially when you\'re paying. I\'d like to see the devs add around triple the content (more types of exercises and little games to help!) and correct the spelling mistakes. These are two big issues, but I would still recommend the free version to people for calming from OCD caused anxiety attacks.

Keep in mind, I have been to therapy for OCD and I think it\'s important to do so with a therapist experienced with OCD and exposure therapy. But this app (and the other GG apps) has been very helpful for reminding myself to accept the doubt and not reject it. I mainly have pure OCD, but this even helps with that. Although I don\'t think it would work as well (for me, at least) if I hadn\'t begun therapy. This app is a good tool to do in addition to therapy. I look forward to using it daily.

Not helpful at all

This app went from a concise OCD app to an unfocused all-in-one app that deals with too many topics in an unfocused fashion. The old app used to have a \"daily play\" option once you progressed through the \"levels\" that let you drop into the app for a nice summary of all the previous statements merged into one level. This doesn\'t seem to exist anymore. The app is clunky now. The only thing good about it is that the UI looks modern but everything else is trash.

The first day that I used this app I realized how much OCD effected my everyday life, from thinking my friends lied to me, to thinking I was weak. But I know this app will make me more likely to grow past most of my thoughts and carry on with my life. Thank you.

Great app! Simple and intuitive but effective. One recommendation: please enable users to proceed to the next level although time limit was exceeded. Personally I like to take time to reflect on each message instead of rushing through them. I believe many others would do the same. Do that and it\'ll be 5 stars!

This app is phenomenal. Obsessive thinking and compulsions have been a hindrance on my everyday life. I was diagnosed with OCD as a teenager then it was dismissed and changed to major depressive disorder/bipolar and anxiety. A traumatic event somehow caused triggered behaviors I thought had went away years ago. OCD makes you feel like you\'re in a painstaking loop that you\'re helpless to get out of, yet you know and see that you\'re the one keeping yourself in it. To organize thoughts in such a constructive way helps so much. I still have the compulsions but the affirmations of the thoughts are a refreshing break from feeling the \"loop\". I\'m also rating this four stars just because sometimes the movement of the thought bar is kind of awkward and sometimes you have to force it. Either way, I know I\'ll continue with this.

Not worth the money. This app used to be free and it was an amazing tool I used daily. Now it\'s $12/month and all they did was add pretty photos. It feels like they\'re profiting off people\'s illness.
