Saw the add on Facebook and the video that was shown was of a character creator with sliders to edit the appearance and it looked graphically sound. I download the game and am treated to a template character creator that only allows you male or female and 3 classes and the graphics are a serious downgrade. Simply put I was falsely advertised too I wouldn\'t recommend this to anyone I know of which is a real shame.

Seriously! You do this big ass update that takes forever to finish. The next day it tells me to check for updates that do not exist. Do you guys ever get it right.

Game keeps reducing the capacity to advance while turning to payment only options for advancement. The new VIP system is 100% pay to play and if you do not increase how much you pay each month you lose progress. Enough is enough and people are leaving in groups. This game used to have me 100% engaged and worth of 4 to 5 stars. Now it is not worth the download.

Nothing like the ads, and definitely not fun compared to the plethora of similar games you can get. No character creator, just pick a class and you\'re thrown in. The controls are a garbage point-and-click movement that is very bad for combat, especially with such a horrible camera at a zoomed and fixed angle. I\'ll save you the time, if you want a game like this that is good, download Black Desert.

Poor customer service. Players are banned because of developers glitches. I have have sent emails without responses. Poor customer service. I have also spent real money for the game. And was banned due to developer problems. This I find ridiculous. The developer needs to respond to the users. As I see it they don\'t care about the player. DEVELOPER PLEASE STOP BLAMING OTHERS FOR CHEATING WHEN IT WAS YOUR PROBLEM.

The game has plenty of activities for earning equipment, fashions and skills for heros. Also alot of pvp arena\'s. The only thing that I am not yet sure of is chat system..not as interactive during game play as other mmorp\'s that I have played. It is possible to reach goals and recieve rewards with or without haveing to pay. I have been playing the game for several months now and find it absolutely addicting and I intend to continue to play and invite friends to join me. I added the 5th star :)

Good game, but there are a few things that bother me... First, I downloaded this, because of the customization I saw in the video ad, but I haven\'t seen it anywhere in the game! Next update should have it, and if it has it around that time, all custom options should be FREE!! It crashes often, in the start, it was difficult for me to unlock the things like the smith and storage. And it\'s too expensive to upgrade the storage too... And to upgrade things, takes too long... We need an official version of this game on computer. And no, not via BlueStacks or anything, just a simple download from the store. The levels are okay, but I really expected that it would be possible to play it with more friends. The shop should have more variation in products and NOT only products that costs diamonds. Speaking of the diamonds, they\'re way too rare to get! I mean, everywhere in the game they can be used, but what\'s the use if you barely can find them? And the achievements. They reward you diamonds, but come on, 5? Just five each?? Even if it gets harder to unlock them? That is just completely greedy. Fix all this.

Blatant false advertising claiming advanced character customisation (non-existent). You can only choose sex or class and name, and what\'s the point of class if you can change it any time? 👎 Apparent plagiarism and copyright infringement with passing off another game\'s footage as your own.👎 Typical cut \'n\' paste responses from devs shows how much they really care about users. 👎 Uninstalled. 🚮

The game is very well done. The art department did a fantastic job, top to bottom. the play is fun and rewarding, if not some what repetative. The game elements we know and love are all there. But the Name and the branding are so bland as to be lost to my memmory alread! As I type this I already forget what game that looks and sounds like every other game of its tipe this one happens to be named. any way Tl/D\'Fn\'R the game is fun and its name sucks.

This might be fun if it wasn\'t such an obvious money grab. Everything requires diamonds (the premium in game currency) & after the first hour of gameplay, they are very hard to get without spending real money. Storage space is pitiful so you quickly burn through any diamonds earned unlocking more slots. The events are designed for failure unless you spend diamonds, even with hours of hard work. Store items need diamonds. Town & missions are too basic & quickly get boring. Pros not worth the cons.
