I deposited 1Eth over a week ago and i never received it. I confirmed that It sent to the correct address. I have reached out to support about 10 times and they are unresponsive..... SCAMMY... they fixed this and I got my Eth.

Stay away from this app, it will have you request a code 4 times and then enter 4 xs.[HBTC] Your HBTC sign up code is XX, do not disclose the code to others. 5th time [HBTC] Congratulations that you have successfully registered, thanks for choosing HBTC. Then you can not deposit or transfer funds. The worst Crypto App.. UGLY Best of Luck to You to trade. Next move for me is to Delete this App. RIP

I opened the account and submitted my documentation with proper ID\'s and I was still getting messages that I needed to submit them agai.. thus went out a total of 3 times. I also made a purchase which did not finalize so my funds never reflected on my account. So I went through customer service and it was a nightmare cause they directed me to the company that processed the payments which was Banxa. Another ordeal with trying to get my funds into the account and then it was cancelled.

So difficult to get verified level 2. Tried 5 times, still can\'t. Don\'t know what is wrong with this platform. Never encounter this before at binance, Crypto, kraken, Luno. Please improve, I got verified only 1 time at other places!

I use several competing apps but always go back to this one because they have the absolute best charts... And more altcoins than most. Those moving average lines alone help me make a lot of money! I would like to see easier ways to deposit USD, would love to see interest accrual for holding coin, better integration with a wallet, and a way to keep notes on my saved favorites after I read an article in the news and want to remember something.
