Description of Intune Company Portal

The Company Portal provides access to corporate apps and resources from almost any network. Your company must already subscribe to Microsoft Intune, and your IT admin must set up your account before you can use this app.

It worked fine until today when I had to change my password for work. Then it got stuck in a loop of telling me I need to enrol my device and asking me to download the app (the app is already on my phone and the device has been registered correctly for 2 years). Reinstalling, deleting email account, made no difference. I now can\'t use email at home and can\'t work effectively. Please fix this!

Horrible experience. I provided my password atleast 15 times and nothing, please wait forever. I am locked out of inbox 😡😡😡😡 I recently discovered a new bugs and pain points. When my password is changed, I have to uninstall the app, delete my work profile and reinstall it if I want to access outlook again.Takes just 30+min!!! Everytime I have to login with full credentials for attending Skype meetings. So I have to start every meeting 5min earlier if I am attending a meeting from phone.

I keep getting a device limit reached error message despite removing the registered devices multiple times. Terrible app, filled with bugs, can\'t use it after I change my password, randomly stops working now and then after I change my password, and every time the solution seems to be to reinstall it and pray it works. Does the dev team do no testing? Or do you just not care?

Since the new update its asking to create work profile. But always getting some error that couldn\'t add your device . Allow permission. But there are no permissions asked. Same thing again and again. Please fix it asap. Unable to access outlook for company emails. Really frustrating.

Doesn\'t work. Sign in and Says my device is compliant then refresh the screen and its not compliant. Can\'t get work email or calender on my phone now. Teams doesn\'t even load until I install this piece of junk. fix it Microsoft. Look at all the bad ratings your getting. Clearly something is fundamentally wrong!!!

Application takes forever to register device, and in between if the network drops/ I get a call, the app crashes or hangs up. If I try to install any app, the download size maybe shows just 3mb, but it takes forever to download the app, and multiple times the downloads fail. My company forces me to use this app, but the app is very inconvenient. Needs to improve a lot. Expect better from Microsoft.

Not able to use it, issues exist most of the times. It was working fíne for few months but recently I started facing this error asking me to update the app although it does not show any update and I had to uninstall teams everyday and reinstall it to make it work. I even tried to deactivate but same is not happening. To avoid this, I tried to remove my device and enroll it again but it\'s not allowing me to do the same as it says setup is in progress, it is very difficult to understand the error.

I have been using this app for almost 1 year now. In sudden, it said that device setting is not accordance with the requirements. I haven\'t changed any encryption setting and do not understand what is causing this issue. It takes forever to device setting too. I have tried various setting, update, turning my device on and off and now uninstall and install. I might just give up using this app.

Everything was working fine till the last few months I cannot access my email from time to time. I can\'t even delete any apps like outlook or company portal and download again. Keep asking me to check for update from the app store, but there is no update available. Really no happy, currently don\'t have access to my email for the last 16 hrs. Please fix this.!

It\'s rubbish. It simply does not work at all on the zx2 Samsung. The cause seems to be the update to v10 and there is no way to reverse the update which was automatically installed. One key lesson is to turn off automatic software updates and don\'t install until you are sure the latest version is going to keep the phone working. My company enabled Re-registration of the device but it still doesn\'t work - deeply regret switching ro Android from Apple and am unlikely to ever have a Samsung again
