Using the paid version. I did a lot of research into password managers, and concluded I did not want to use the \"big guys\". I liked what I read about Keeper, despite reviews saying it can be a little difficult to use. I really, really, really wanted to like Keeper. But it is not only *very* difficult to use, it just doesn\'t work well. I am sadly going to have to cancel my account and use one of more mainstream apps after all.

It tries too hard, but is incapable of what it is trying. Every time I try to log in to anything, it suggests using its autofill option. If you use autofill, it fills incorrectly. Then when I correct it, it creates another file , so it can again fill incorrectly the next time. It hasn\'t filled correctly 1 time. If it were just a protected folder that saved my information, I\'d be happy with it. NOT worth $30/year.

I\'ve been a subscriber for several years. Overall I\'m happy with the app. So far my passwords have not been compromised and it works on applying my user name and password to apps and online access. The one issue that I have, although minor, is that you have to contact support to downgrade from family to individual. Unless I missed it, there is no online button to easily change it. Based on my overall experience, I recommend this app. Have a good day.

It\'s quite useful and versatile. But I don\'t like the langauge they use if you decline one if the additional services: First you get to choose to get the service or \"STAY UNPROTECTED.\" Then, regardless of the tact that you\'re already paying for the main service, they constantly remind you how \"unprotected \" you are. I find the language to be a red herring and needlessly alarming. Also, if you stop paying for the service, you\'ll be locked out of your account with zero access to your PWs.

I\'ve had this app for years. It is extremely helpful and smart, especially now that there are so many password rules to follow. It helps me remember my passwords for everything. The free version is amazing and offers so much. I just decided to upgrade to their paid version to a) give back for how much I use it and b) to have more protection and ability to use on my computer too. I highly recommend this app!

I had this for a couple of years. It had some good features but worked like a spreadsheet in some cases wwhere you have to copy and paste. I decided not to renew. I received an email from Keeper telling me to renew for continuity of service. I then found out a few days later that they had charged my expired credit card for another year of service without an email or any type of notification. When I questioned it, I was told that it was in the terms of service. They agree to refund but beware!!

Keeper isn\'t quite what I wanted. I was looking for an app that would securely store passwords. Keeper does that and more, which is why I\'m uninstalling it. It\'s intrusive. If I\'m logging into a website or app, I get a pop-up suggesting that I log into Keeper. It also suggests it if I\'m trying to add a release year into a set of tags on an mp3. If there\'s a number field of any kind to fill in, I get the prompt to sign into Keeper. It blocks my view. It\'s always in my way. I\'m done.

Good app to store passwords and is organized. However, app is very annoying and has been switching more and more features to the \"premium\" (paid) version - versus the free version. For example, I used to be able to use folders to organize my passwords. They just changed it where that\'s only a feature on paid accounts. Additionally, if you decide you don\'t want to pay for a membership, it asks about every 2nd time that I open the app to \"learn more\" about a membership.

I\'ve used Keeper for many years and transitioned through several new phones, factory resets, etc. Each time, I\'ve had to contact keeper customer service because I\'ve forgotten how to go through the recovery process, particularly when 2-factor authentication apps are involved. Each time they\'ve been very responsive, helping me get back up in a short period of time. This may not be the fanciest looking app but it works really well.

Super obnoxious. I paid for the app thinking it would work smoothly... holy hell was I wrong. I been using it on my laptop and constantly fighting with it. Think it has worked maybe 4 of the 20+ times I\'ve tried using it now. I\'ve had more luck opening the program, going to the website on the program and copy pasting the password. Which even then, it didn\'t save the password correctly.
