Pretty much useless if you have a router that\'s been built in the last few years. Just refuses to connect to anything. Even 2.4ghs networks, if the router has 5ghz capabilities. Essentially can\'t use it, as even the ISP provides router isn\'t compatible. Reddit: even after buying 2.4ghz retort radiosity for this, testing it all and ensuring it works, today I needed urgently to power toggle my switch from overseas. I open the app, and it\'s forgotten who I am. Useless.

Send back your devices before unpacking them. Apparently my device has never been made, will not recognise BT as a broadband provider, will not allow me to connect to 2.4ghz router because it is 5ghz capable(Although it is off). So basically a complete con to get you to buy a useless piece of plastic. Really not impressed.

Awful (expletives withheld) Android app crashes every time I try to add the first device and Apple app can\'t find the device at all. A complete waste of time and money

It basically works to notify when a door sensor is tripped... But the notification sounds like 20 times in a row. I\'m not exaggerating. There seems to be no way to just get a single tone or otherwise shorten it, rendering the app embarrassing to have on your phone in public.

Don\'t waste your money on these devices. The app is temperamental at best. The app has to be constantly running on your phone to work with schedules, which is not ideal. Cannot sync Alexa with the smart home skill. Keeps on telling me to create an account when I have already done so. Will be returning these to Amazon and I cannot believe they are selling this rubbish. Wi-Fi is poor. Seems like this company is using us as beta testers.

Don\'t waste you money, took me forever to setup the first time a year ago, now that I got a new router the pos just didnt work, I have another cam (different brand) and it took me 2 minutes to set it up. I guess this cam is going to the trash. POS

I used to really like this app but something was changed in it. The notification used only set off a couple times when I sensor was tripped but now it goes on for an extended time. To make it stop you have to unlock your phone. I wish I knew what they had changed so I could tell them to change it back. Prior to this I would have given it five stars.
