One star due to the fact this app is forced on you. LiveNation artificially restricts the ways to recieve your ticket on an Android device. They won\'t email you a Passbook or GPay file for use on GPay or Passbook-capable apps in the Play Store. They force you to use this app to save a ticket down to GPay. The app asks to tie itself in to my social accounts to \"tell me about concerts\". I just wanted my ticket, LiveNation.

I keep getting connectivity issues when I try opening the app (despite the fact I\'m on my home WiFi) and before that, it keeps me on an endless loop when trying to sign-in.

This app has been non-functional for me for months. I keep getting \"Connectivity Issue. Please check your network settings and try again. Error: NaN, 8A\". I\'ve tried it on my home network, work network, cell network, various venue networks... all with the same result. I looked up the error code and didn\'t really find anything helpful. I\'m just glad I can still access my tickets via the website. I called Live Nation to report this, \"we can\'t do anything about the app\" was the response. I hope this gets fixed or maybe a suggestion comes my way.

got a new phone, app no longer works. worked fine on my old phone. and i got the exact same phone so there should be no problems with it working on this phone. i tried uninstalling and reinstalling, still have connectivity issues. contacted them, they said nothing is wrong but my internet. i have perfect connectivity with me phone, either data or wifi, and still nothing works! i have tickets i can\'t get to. beyond irritated!

Where are my show tickets???? when I go to the My Tickets section, there is just a blank page. I just downloaded the app a few days ago, so I have the latest version. I had no issue logging in, but why aren\'t the tickets there? and in the Inbox, there is a message, but nothing happens when I click on it. These are some MAJOR bugs.

will not launch, connectivity problems. I have tried for months, also uninstalled/re-installed multiple times, same error. customer service was not helpful, other services will email you tickets you pay for, not this one. unsure how I will get into the concert, wish there was another way.

Great app for following your favorite bands and for purchasing tickets. It\'s a huge benefit that it\'s linked to the Ticketmaster app where I can track purchased tickets. And their $20 ticket special didn\'t hurt either. Thanks to Live Nation my wife and I are going to see Yes, Asia, moe. and Blues Traveler for less than $100. And had my schedule not conflicted we would be going to even more all for....$20 per ticket.

cannot open the app. get the \"connectivity issue\" error that so many people describe, on my galaxy s8. uninstalled, cleared cache, reinstalled, more than once. still doesn\'t work. ugh!Bought some very expensive tickets online, just hope it\'s fixed by the time i need to use it to get into the event!

I loved this AP as it was a hassle free way to buy concert tickets and I\'ve used it alot however amid the Covid19 pandemic I had concerts cancel that I had tickets for and I had to seek for my refunds which in my book is not cool. I feel that I should\'ve been notified and promptly refunded not stress about expensive tickets getting refunded. I\'m over it now... Sorry but cmon Live Nation!

Awful! Do not use the app! Tried to buy tickets and only ever got a swirly load sign. Then two days later find out I bought a ticket anyway but the show had passed. Their legal terms protect them against it because they know it happens often so no refund or credits. Don\'t bother with the app just go somewhere else!
