Updated as of Dec 21: It was indeed a temporary issue that has not recurred. Also Android app now seems to keep the screen on. Streaming and Chromecast works well.. Updating to 4 stars for now. Old review: App does not keep screen on. Signed up for a pass and second day cannot log in through app or website. Tech support only via email (perhaps UK time). Not able to watch games that I paid for. Stay away.

App is straight terrible. It worked for a good minute, then proceeded to crash. I opened it back up and it\'s now stuck on a loading screen. I cleared the cache, the data, everything. The app is terrible just use the browser.

Worked better on the last couple of days, revised rating. Works intermittently, and extremely unreliable. Edit: I was wrong, turns out that the service can get worse. The second session began at 3AM but the app says it doesn\'t begin until 4AM. This service is being run by someone who apparently cannot understand timezones.

The app does not show \'activity\' to android while watching video fullscreen. Doesn\'t make sense for a live video streaming app to need touching the screen every now and then to keep phone unlocked (or change your lock settings), also the moment you touch the screen the controls pop up spoiling the watching experience. Once in a while the stream stability has been pretty bad too.

Really poor experience watching live cricket matches. The app is doen, or streaming is not available when the match is ongoing. What is the point of being live, if the stream is not available at the right time?

I dont think this is official Live Now app, who brodcast Sri Lanka Premier Leagues matches.

Do not ever go for this service. They are pretty much scammers. I paid for 1 sports event, almost 2 months long event, around 25 EUR and from day 1 its always a problem opening the app, logging in or even stream coming up. And the worst part is you have no way to contact via phone. You have to drop and email and wait 2 days. Whats the point , you already missed the match. 2 days later a standard message that technical team is working very hard to solve. Such a careless service. NEVER!

Absolutely pathetic. Both the app and online streaming. Complete waste of money. Nothing works and all you end up paying for is to stare at a blank screen showing technical difficulties.
