like other apps in this genre, user selects from prefab responses to be directed to tool set based on responses. there is nothing unique about it. a flow chart would do just as well in steering people toward resources. the tools might be helpful, but I can read websites on my own; the app has no interactive activities. This just isn\'t helpful.

Update: I find the anxiety journal and stats the most helpful but every week all my writing and data is deleted for the new week. I had to get a new app that shows one years worth of data and notes. I\'m really disappointed that they don\'t see the importance of letting people track anxiety long term. It would be nice to see how my anxiety was the week before and what I was doing to compare . . I otherwise love the app. If they fix that feature it would be 5/5

The app looks useful and I\'d recommend it to my patients, but I\'m having the time out when the screen saver activates, making the exercises rather pointless. A click after this yields the \"code 0\" message. I hope this can be fixed. Sony Xperia X Compact with Android 7.1.1.

No audio when lock screen activates on my s7 edge, so the app is pretty much useless until this is resolved. Other apps play fine with the lock screen on so don\'t think it\'s a phone setting that\'s causing the problem.

It\'s nice for people who have normal anxiety. I have a weird kind of ocd, where it\'s not bad intrusive thoughts, it\'s more like, \"sit down. sit down now.\" and it will get so loud I can hear nothing else haha. Meditation sure does not help. It gives silence and room for the thoughts to get louder. But thatxs just my condition. I\'m sure that it works for many people.

Awesome free app. Calming meditations, though I wish they were longer. I really appreciate the check in feature, helpful to keep a log and write down what is causing anxiety, helps to identify it. Wish the summary went back father than two weeks to keep a look on longer progress. Great information on types of anxiety and that too do about them. An excellent resource!

ABSOLUTE BEST APP I never write reviews but i feel like I really need to tell people about this app. I suffer from PTSD as well as Adult ADD. This app put all the things my counselors and psychiatrists have told me throughout the years, into an easy to read and comprehend guide. It is an absolute must. Wish I had found this app years ago. Looks like a awesome app and was recommended by my Dr, just sorry I cant use it, as soon as I start a excersise it plays for 1 min and stops working - Code 0 message undefined
