About My Synovus

• The My Synovus App is free to download. Use of the My Synovus app requires your mobile service provider’s data and/or text plan for which charges may apply.

• You can sign in on the app using your existing My Synovus username and password or enroll via the link from the app’s login page.

• You may also be asked to answer security questions and/or receive a one-time passcode to login.

• The My Synovus App is suited for ages 13 and up. Minors ages 13 and older have limited access to services within the app.

*Account Transaction Limitations for Savings and Money Market Accounts— Savings and Money Market accounts may have no more than six (6) debit transactions per month or monthly statement cycle. A debit transaction is a check, debit/check card transaction, transfer, or pre-authorized transfer, including those made by phone or modem. Unlimited transactions are permitted if made by the customer in person, by mail, through an ATM or by phone if the check is mailed to the customer. If an account continually exceeds the allowed debit transactions, we may convert it to a checking account.

** Pay People requires enrollment in Popmoney service. Individual, daily, and monthly payment limits apply and are described within the Popmoney service in My Synovus. Popmoney payments sent through the My Synovus mobile app to an email address must be less than $100 per payment.

***Pay bills or companies requires enrollment in Bill Pay service through My Synovus.

****Deposit limits and other restrictions apply. Deposits are subject to verification. Funds are available within 3 business days. Camera must have at least two megapixels in resolution.

The mobile deposit works about 50% of the time therefore I would rate it 2/4 stars but it\'s out of 5 stars so i rounded up for them out of the kindness of my heart. But seriously, the mobile deposit part is terrible.

Mob deposit not good Love the app for everything else except the new mobile deposit feature. Goes through validating deposit screen before I\'ve even tried taking the picture. Also my camera alone takes crystal clear high res images but through the app it is always fuzzy. I try moving closer and farther away to focus and it\'s clear for a second but then seems like auto focus works in reverse and auto un-focuses before I can touch the button to get the shot

This app is easy to use and very convenient! You can set it to show your balance without having to login to the account, use a finger print scanner if your phone has one, and the app will remember your email if you tell it to but not your password. Password must always be entered unless you have the aforementioned finger print scanner. The app will not allow screenshots as well. I also love that I can deposit my checks from home! All-in-all a great app for mobile banking!

The new app looks really nice and I like all of the options it has. It\'s great. But wow is it so slow. It takes forever to just login and then it\'s really slow to get to your accounts. I known its brand new but I hope it\'s not permanently like this. Edit: app has been updated internally and now works quite a bit faster. Seems to be mostly fixed. Thanks Synovus!

This app seems incredibly dated. I understand trying to maintain compatibility with older devices but let\'s use some of the new Android features such as fingerprint unlock. Also, pleeeeeease go read the Material design guidelines. I feel like I\'m using my Droid X on Gingerbread when I use this app. Mobile check cashing is so slow that I literally had to increase my screen timeout so it wouldn\'t shut off while it was \"validating\" the check.

Great work Synovus I like the new app. Access to my account from overseas and receive OTP to my international number works well.

Trash... It\'s never current, I have to login twice every time I open the app, and it\'s just utterly poorly designed compared to the old app. And this is with strong Wi-Fi and data signals on a Galaxy Note 9

Helpful for the basic functions I use. The system keeps making changes for the sake of improving usage, and just when I get used to the new format, it changes again, which I find initially confusing & frustrating. Don\'t know if that is related to the app, though.

Originally I gave the app a low review because I couldn\'t deposit my checks on it. But now I\'m having no issues at all so it seems the issue has been fixed and now the app is great! I love not having to go to the bank to deposit checks!
