Do NOT TRUST They ripped off my money and charged my account even though I deleted the app and never used it. They didn\'t return my money during the trial period and charged me more than they said they would. Not to mention confusing to use.

Great customer support. They go above and beyond to help every customer. I love the product. I only use it to fax documents and to receive them and I\'ve never had a problem. I use my cell phone and laptop to send and receive faxes it is very simple and effective. If fax does not go through they will get in touch with you right away, although I have not had that happen yet.

Edit: I recently had an app issue where it told me to try again later, tried 3 times and I didn\'t get that error on the 3rd attempt. You\'d think that\'d be the end of it. It did however go through ALL 3 times even though the error told me to try again later. Resulting in overages they refuse to reverse, the only thing they claimed they could do was give me extra fax pages to my account. This \"solution\" is pointless to me as I rarely even fax.

The app doesn\'t work. Won\'t send faxes. Website version works just fine. It can send faxes on website. App shows error of \"recipient info is at max size. I only had 1 mb..it suppose to ta go up to 20mb. Tried different file format. Pdf and jpeg..same error. Uninstalled. Reinstalled..same error. Needs fixing

This servuce is not worth the $10 they charge. When I called to cancel I was offered a lower rate, after saying no the rep offered a virtual phone service ahich I turned down. Definitely do not recommend if I could give 0 stars that would be great!

Im out of the country and tried canceling via email to support. They sent me an email back telling me I had to call or will continue to be billed. I emailed back stating I don\'t have to call anyone I\'m informing you right here very clearly to cancel. If I call anyone it will be my credit card company to not allow any future charges. I received no response back. I don\'t need to speak to a customer representative to try to keep me. Aside from the rediculous $10 month charge customer service is horrible and they will continue to bill even when you cancel via email.

Excellent service I\'m surprised by all the negative reviews. I\'ve had them for years. I don\'t use it much, but in my business I still occasionally need to fax. Yes, it costs money. But I have a real, permanent fax number. I even keep the number on my business cards, because I\'m so confident I\'m going to keep them for a long time.

I used this app in an emergency where I needed to fax something and I only had a digital copy of the document. Actually it was a simple picture I received through txt msg. I\'ve tried other apps and none have worked. I\'m currently using the 30 day trial and the fax only took about 3-5 mins to be delivered. That\'s faster than some actual printers. Because of this app I was able to get my wife\'s blood tests she needed after her car accident. I don\'t usually need a fax machine but I\'m actually concidering keeping the subscription just in case we need it again.

Refuses to recognize my login info I just signed up for the online trial of this service for my new small business. I can log in to my account just fine via my desktop, but the smart phone app doesn\'t recognize my info, nor does it give me any remedy. I\'ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but to no avail. Unless someone from tech support or customer service can help, this app will be useless.

This is an update: My issues have been resolved by their on the ball customer service rep! I\'ve used them in the past with excellent results. I think they might be having growing pains? If you are having issues contact their support team via email for fast results.
