So I install the app and discover it\'s only for Bankline customers. \"Please use Natwest Online Banking app\" it says. So I go tot the Playstore and - guess what: \"This app is not available in your country\" (Germany). Am I the only non-UK-resident account holder at Natwest? Why am I greeted every time I log in to Natwest on the Internet by a page exhorting me to use the Online Banking App when I can\'t even install it???

Much, much better than it was. Being able to approve payments securely without having to he next to a computer with the card reader is very useful indeed. Would still like to be able to see pending/scheduled payments.

I have multiple accts, so its great to be able to access all these when away from the office. The approve function is especially useful. One enhancement I\'d like to see is an alert so you know when a payment is awaiting authorisation.

downloaded to android due to app finishing on iPad unless iOS 10. asks for details, user I\'d ect then 10th digit of password. my password from online banking is 9. Only option to contact bank. Not easy when abroad long term. whent to online banking & its know restricting me to 10 mins as it can see in trying to access a different way. knightmare. reply to Natwest reply:- yes, it must be the app you mention. Apparently app not available in Thailand where I am. useless. old one worked perfectly

Limited app that has potential. You can only approve 15 payments at a time which makes the whole process very limited for my own use. Furthermore, there isn\'t a \'Select All\' button for those payments for a speedier process so you will have to select each payment individually, which is annoying as you are able to \'Deselect All\'. Adding the ability to view the payment summary would be a good addition for a future app update.

The whole currency acc experience via Banklie, online and on the app, is so last century. They made everything look and feel so crude to make you hate having a currency acc in the hope (likely) to give it up all together and only use a sterling acc. That\'s my deduction after six months of use. Else, why we\'re even having a Bankline? Why can\'t the currency account be accessed through the normal app and online banking? Why this one keeps crashing and logs me out? All part of the conspiracy 🤔

Very Handy. Great to have quick access to account information and a simpler payment facility. If you have a lot of accounts you cannot group them, so that might be a disappointment for a few users. Apart from that, so far so good.

Used to be a great app, has all required features... but recently the security protocols are rendering it useless. Having to register phone every other day, if not every day. Pointless layers of security. I think you need to get a logic engineer to look at your security, its purpose vs usability. Please hope you can rescue this app.
