While very easy to use, there is no opportunity to go back and make changes, additions, etc.. I like to enter my steps from the day before in the morning. This app does not allow you to do that, or even to see anything you\'ve entered prior. Also, you have to enter your snacks before you enter you last meal, or the app assumes you are done and closes out the day for you. That\'s very frustrating. And there is only one snack field. Definitely needs work.

The app is difficult to bavigate and unhelpful. I was most disappointed in the \'meal tracking\' which was just a push button how did you eat today survey. I expected to track meals and gain some insight on my intake of carbs, proteins, etc each day; not get a smily sticker for clicking \"I ate healthy today\"

It has nearly everything you need to find success in the process. i have been a slow goer, but I\'m getting it done and super grateful to have this app and the information. (A bonus I would love to see is a little water bottle tracker to track how much water I\'m drinking.)

This app, along with the required digital scale, is very helpful in getting motivated to lose weight and eat better. At first I lost over 7 pounds in 15 days, and I lost more than 30 pounds in five months. Since then, it has helped me to maintain my target weight. One glitch I hope they fix: once I\'ve edited my steps to include walking without my phone, it locks that number and stops counting steps. It won\'t count again until the next calendar day.

I have tried other apps and online programs for health/habit forming/losing weight. This is the only one that has really provided a sensible balance of info and action. I am enjoying taking part and am seeing results. The emphasis on health and good sense guidelines is great. This program and it\'s companion app is a keeper!!

Within the past couple days the app has stopped automatically tracking my steps. Everything seems to be working fine and I didn\'t change anything to the permissions. Everything else still works like it used to as it\'s all manual input. This is just a tad bit annoying. It\'d be nice to have more options for step tracking.

At this time, I feel the app is missing a couple features related to calorie tracking. It would be more helpful if the food diary provided the ability to track caloric intake. It would also be beneficial if some of the lessons were in video format. For a brief period, I tracked my meals via MyFitnessPal. If Omada had a similar function, it would be perfect.

The app is making me accountable to myself for the things that I eat because it makes me more aware. Just listing my water intake alone has been a big plus in my weight reduction. If my weight increases, I have the ability to look back over the previous day to see what I could have done differently. I like the group cause I can see that some people have the same issues and I can see their approach. My coach challenges me to think about the things I encounter and gives good feedback.

I like the app, with a few exceptions: 1) Going back to look at past activity \"steps\" is confusing. There is no day/date unless I\'m wrong, just the letters at top of screen. 2) The food tracking, instead of breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack should be on a time schedule. Many of us don\'t get up early & don\'t eat breakfast until noon, or we\'ll just eat a light snack. So where do you put it? Makes sense to just log in what you eat at whatever time you eat it. Then it\'s not labeled. My cents! Thanks!

The OMADA program and app are very helpful in making the changes needed to live a healthy life. The major problem with the app is that it completely erases tracking when you change time zones. I travel for business and if I enter my breakfast before I leave, when I cross a time zone or land, that meal is not there. It can be a whole day if I travel a red eye back. They need to fix since its been this way for a year.
