I love the feel of this app and the little animation. I like that the warm up and cool down are optional. I am using this for a meditation challenge this month and all the participants are enjoying how simple and quick meditation can be. The app is fun.

With the best of intentions, I have unsuccessfully tried dozens of times to start a "regular" meditation practice. This little app and related One Moment Meditation technique is the first thing that's worked consistently for me. There is no easier system; anyone can commit just a minute to this. Speaking from experience, you really can begin to de-stress your life just one minute at a time.

I absolutely love this app. Whilst I have done longer meditations, I was never consistent. By dedicating just one minute to the start of my day, has honestly changed my disposition throughout the day. I look forward to this moment. Simple and so powerful !

I have gained great value from this app. It's also practical and because it takes just 1 minute, I can fit this into my day. The impact on me is that it acts as an interrupt to any given moment, gives me the space to get clear and check in with myself what I am feeling, and the most valuable to date is that in moments when I have been unclear of what to do, I do the 1 minute meditation, quiet my mind, and, wonderfully, I can then 'hear' what it is I want to do next. Thank-you!!!

A Moment Really Helps. My absolute favorite app for quick meditations. I prefer a guided session, so I use the warm-up and cool down options. A clam, male voice talks you through preparation, there is a gentle chime, and your moment begins. Once your session is up, there is a second chime, and the same voice tells you to open your eyes in \"your own time.\" It\'s very soothing, simple, and helps me manage my anxiety.

Little gem It really makes a difference this app. Love they added this random reminder to meditate for one minute. It is as if the app would know when i need to slow down and put myself at peace. Thank you.

Add features 1. Please add setting to remove the bell sounds at the beginning and end of the minute, and have only vibration (when using at work). 2. Add option to have a reminder more than once a day (for example every 2 hours). 3. Add an option to have a pop up window when reminding to meditate.

Nice app for quick meditation Thanks. Superb technique and nice app. Just one suggestion : please add vibration only mode. So instead of sound it will vibrate at start and end of the minute. It will help to use this app in office and other public space, where sound is undesirable.

Helpful! Simple to follow the meditation instructions. The instructor has a pleasant voice. Relaxing. Good for mini breaks when needed. And it doesn\'t take a long time to do. 👍

I like this app, but I\'m so busy I constantly forget to do it, even though I\'d just like to do it once a day. I wish the reminder function would work properly on my phone, but it doesn\'t! It only will remind me once a day for a few days and then it stops :(
