It\'s time to leave this messy British bank behind. Enough is enough. One morning we saw our business name changed and new directors were added to our company, people we never heard of. Insane. Then they shut our account, cut our wire transfer access and stop our cards. I still have the screenshots ! If you think of opening an account here, forget it. Waste of time

Worse service ever. Poor communication skills and no support at all. After I withdrew a certain amount from the atm, I checked the revolut app and noticed that they deducted more than I wethdrew. I tried to use the online chat for support but got no support. Then I sent an email explaining my issue to revolut team. They told me to use the online chat (short email). They clearly did not even read my email because I had explained that I received no support from the online chat. NOT SAFE TO USE.

4/5 months update! NOTHING has been done about my account, nobody has go in touch with me or anything and they still. Won\'t close or open it Not to be trusted! Opened an account and they ristricted it to do checks which I understand. 1 MONTH later and no email or anything in regards to this everytike I chase someone I get the same generic \"someone\'s looking into this matter as a priority\". If you value your money do not set up an account with them. I went to another competitor with No issues.

After they moved to Lithuania (without informing in advance that the accounts details were going to be changed, but instead sending spam saying many times that nothing was changing for us), they started to ask many times (in few weeks-months) for documents and for company details confirmations (always for the same), everytime threatening about stopping the payments (but not stopping to receive our money!!!) if not sent soon. Ask, Receive, Accept... and Repeat. Not reliable for business.

Bank is fine, customer service very nice and helpful when contacted them.Unfortunately with use I have found that everytime there is a problem with my account where the phone ap would really come into it\'s own and be very useful, such as card getting locked when I\'m trying to buy something in a hurry, the phone ap seems to freeze up and I have to log in to website to fix it. Hopefully future bug fixes will address this.

Worst possible service. Constantly blocking account and requesting same documents over and over again. And worst part is that they dont accept signed digital copies from a registry center of Lithuania and instead force to provide them with a notary confirmation... and all this in 21st century... worst possible service out there. Stay away from it if u want to have a functioning business and not spend every 2 weeks fighting with their incompetent staff for the same stuff over and over again....

Very bad. Total disappointed. I broke phone. Installed app on new phone. No way to login to the app. App and website keep asking email and phone no. With verification code but for sign up and not sign in. Or telling me.. \"you have already a freelance account \" .. i know. I want to access. Support total unuseful and slow and unhelpful. Very very bad. Many users on the Revolute Community site have same issue and noone answers or solve.

It’s really a terrible organization. They have locked my business’ account with significant funds for security reasons and are refusing to provide an answer. I have not had access to my funds for 2 weeks now and can’t pay myself, my employees or my invoices. The only way to contact them via is chat where they use scripted answers and offer no support and ignore GDPR requests. We have all of our funds in there with our account suspended even though we have provided all forms of ID.

I am a very happy user of Revolut Personal so I decided to get Revolut Business too. Awful idea ! After installing Revolut Personal and filling a reasonable amount of details, you just have to tap a 4 digit code to get access. I have installed Revolut Business. After 2 days of filling email address and codes received via email and strange details about the business - who knows precisely to whom will sell in the future ??!!! - when I try to access the app I am sent AGAIN a confirmation code.

Account locked, now Account disabled. No Login, no information. Not able to login. No access to my money. No Reaction, not even on the complaint and feedback E-Mail. No Phone Support. Don\'t bother. I guess I need one last access to withdraw my money.
