I have been an addicted player for years. This was my game. I paid for the ad free version and today I get the message that I cannot play tournaments without chips? Every game?? Sure, while it wouldn\'t be the free play like before, I could see 20 chips per weekly tournament, (which is not even a thing now) but every game??? Thanks, Ruzzle, you just broke me of my addiction. Worst update ever.

Like many others, I have enjoyed this game for years as a paid user. Up until the last update I would have rated 5 stars. In the last update they changed functionality within the game that was previously free to play to require \"coins\" to play --- EVERY TURN. Sure you can win coins, but you can never earn more than it costs to play. But don\'t worry, they are so nice that you can BUY more coins if you run out. This is \"update\" is an obvious money grab and should not be allowed. I will never buy another MAG game again if they are going to treat me, a paid user, in such a callous manner. AVOID MAG INTERACTIVE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCAMMED FOR MORE MONEY DOWN THE ROAD!

Decided that with the new up grade I will be deleting the game. I use to be able to play without using coins, but now every game cost you coins to play. Not fun!!! The old game was a great way to escape the world for a few minutes, not anymore. I use to play this game several times a day just for fun. Now I have to have coins to play. Why did you change a great game????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

The newest update removing ink and not earning coins just for playing, SUCKS. I refuse to be pressured into buying coins. Ever. For any reason. I\'ve played for years but, now you\'ve ruined it. Also, words that are legit aren\'t accepted. It\'s unreal. And every time I private message Ruzzle, their reply is that my app isn\'t the most recent update when it is. Always the same answer. I don\'t bother any more.

I loved this game. For so long it was good. It relaxed me when I needed it and I was not concerned with competing with anyone else. The option was there but playing in teams or against opponents was not really my jam. Now the developer had made unnecessary changes designed to turn everything into a competition or to push you to purchase more coins. I definitely will be uninstalling it now.

Ruzzle use to be my favorite game. Now it is inundated with ads that you\'re forced to watch at least half of, plus most of them are extremely loud. My settings are on silent, yet the ads come blaring in throughout the game at EVERY screen change anyway. Definitely not enjoying it as much as I did before; thus, I rarely play now.

I am unable to play Ruzzle since the last update. It won\'t open. I have uninstalled and installed it again but it just won\'t work. I have played Ruzzle for many years with no problem so am extremely upset.. How do I contact support? I am really fed up. I have never had a problem before. It has opened a few times-about once a day during about 20 tries. But today it won\'t open at all.

The latest update ruined it. Using coins for every play in tournaments is a no for me. Goodbye Ruzzle. It was fun for a while.

too many ads. for every round you need to wait 30 seconds to watch an unskippable ad. Edit : I understand how important ads are for a free app. It\'s not the ads which bother me but their frequency, the fact that they are unskippable everytime and that they dont even allow me to switch apps without getting redirected to Play store.

Don\'t download!! Major disappointment! They cheated us out of coins two weeks in a row. Then said \"can you send us a screenshot?\" And we did. Then said \"what league are you in?\" We already told them. Still no results. They don\'t seem to know what they are doing. Bad management. Go elsewhere if you want to play a game that requires skill. If you are expecting a quality game, then you are in the wrong place. DO NOT DOWNLOAD! YOU\'LL BE SORRY YOU DID. 👎👎👎👎👎👎🤨
