Used this app once. I get text I can re-order but when I go to the app it tells me it can\'t place my order and to call the office. The whole point of the app.is sonI don\'t have to call the office.

App does not allow me to select why I\'m reordering supplies. Wear and tear is grayed out and so I can\'t select anything and order replacement won\'t go through. Had to do it through email online link.

I downloaded the app and created an account. I got an email with a link in it to verify my email but I didn\'t get any code to enter. I closed the app and reopened it and entered my email and password as if I had an existing account. It logged me in and I was able to see my existing order that I placed yesterday over the phone. After I tagged sign in, it took about 15 seconds to log in. All of my personal information was already filled out. Hopefully it will work correctly from now on.

Great Idea But Needs Alot Of Work. Doesn\'t stay updated. Isn\'t really integrated enough for us to rely on the dates and information.

It is supposed to send a verification code to your e-mail address so you can complete the sign up. I never received the code. It sends a link to verify your e-mail address but never a code which you need for validation.

I am a brilliant I.T. guy with 3 decades of career experience, and I can\'t get this thing to log in. How in tarnation is anyone else going to? UPDATE 2019-10-01 This is the first day my login will actually.. login.. to the app. This app is apparently still \"in development\". I\'m upping my review from 1 to 3 stars as the app now at least functions.

Signed up with my email, entered the code sent to same email, then was locked out (immediately). Error stated my email was not registered with the supplier. But they sent me the email with this app to begin with. Poorly designed.
