Description of SnoreGym : Reduce Your Snoring

Reduce your snoring with SnoreGym, the workout app for quiet sleep from the creators of SnoreLab.

With this exercise app for snorers, get your snoring under control by working out your “snoring muscles”. You can also directly sync with the No.1 snoring tracking app, SnoreLab, to track your progress.

One of the main causes of snoring is weak muscles in the mouth area. SnoreGym is an exercise app which helps to tone your upper airway muscles to reduce snoring.

SnoreGym will guide you through a set of clinically-proven exercises for your tongue, soft palate, cheeks and jaw.

Features include:

- Exercises to reduce snoring

- Easy-to-follow animations

- Clear and detailed instructions

- Evidence-based workouts

- Progress tracking

- Sync to SnoreLab

Scientists have tested a set of mouth exercises which tone muscles in the tongue, soft palate, throat, cheeks and jaw. This research has shown that mouth exercises can reduce snoring, decrease the severity of sleep apnea, reduce disturbance of bed partners and produce better sleep and quality of life.

It is important to do these exercises regularly to reduce your snoring. We recommend at least 10 minutes a day for 8+ weeks.

Exercise now for quieter sleep!

So far so good. I\'ve been using this app for a couple of nights now. On the very first night, there was A Lot of gagging reflex with some of the exercises, but for the 1st time in years, I didn\'t wake up in the middle of the night chocking on my own lack of breath. It\'s now the 3rd night and there was little to no gag reflex while doing the exercises! Wake up feeling much better!

I find the tips that appear during the exercises a great addition to ensure you\'re doing them right. The animations are great, as well as the timed reps with slight grace to switch sides. I found that to be very smooth and a great experience thus far. I\'ve only used this two nights in a row but am excited to see some progress. One tip if using Snorelab --- I have a fan and air purifier running due to the temp in my bedroom. These drown out any detection of snoring and I get false snore results.

I suspect these exercises hurt my jaw. I have never had any problems with my jaw until I started doing these exercises a week ago. Then the right side of my jaw seemed to pop and click at times when I was chewing. Massaging the area seemed help, as did discontinuing these exercises.

I\'ve been using this app with snore lab. Snore lab begin score 77. Yep... I\'m a winner. Started the exercises in snore gym and doing the daily. After only 8 days my snorelab score is 2. Couldnt recommend this enough. Im sleeping much better. Didnt realize how much it was interrupting my sleep. The two apps work great together.

The exercises are scientifically supported and simple to do. Users should experience obvious results from the outset. The workout is long enough to be effective but short enough to feel doable. The app seems to have a very idiosyncratic notion of how to calculate a \"streak,\" which is my biggest complaint.

The snore gym is a good alternative to using a mouth piece. Before using the snore gym my snore score averaged was 55 and since using the snore gym daily my average score is now 10. Didn\'t stop the snoring completely, but has increased my quality of sleep. I don\'t find myself waking up in the middle of the night coughing. This has truly been a life saver for me. Thank you, snore gym!
