Playing a guy last night named D Sokal and gained a overwhelming winning position. He just abandoned the game. Didn\'t resign. He got my first chat asking him if he was still playing after no move in 2 hours, but didn\'t show he got my second asking him to resign. There is no way to handle this type of unprofessional behavior. I can only offer a draw or resign. This needs to be fixed.

Sometimes (often) the app doesn\'t keep up with what\'s on the board, even when moves are correct and beeped on (accepted) by the board. There is not way to reset the app to reflect the board This causes errors because of the de-syncing or de-linking. For the price of the board $$ you would expect a decent user guide. NADA, Nil, You\'re basically on your own or reading the FAQs or browsing the posts, no even a Help option in the app itself.

Easy to play.. Hard to win past level 5 and the screen does not rotate when I hold the cell phone horizontaly. Also needs a training mode, a Fisher Chess 960 mode. This app definitely needs a lot of improvements.

Absolutely incredible game set. Obviously, you have to have the game board in order to use it. I had purchased thru Amazon 3 months ago. didn\'t play since we left Russia 20 yrs ago. Now I play again almost every day. Love it!!! Never in my wildest dreams 30 years ago could I imagine the pieces would move themselves in a computerized game on a chess board. Smart app that connects to the board and allows you to challenge friends and have chat with them about the game. Also the chat option to talk to the customer service is a quicker way to get responses than the regular email or pre-recorded message systems
