Squeezy has been designed by chartered physiotherapists specialising in Women's Health working in the NHS. It is suitable for all women who want to do pelvic floor muscle exercises. The app is particularly aimed at women who are seeing a specialist physiotherapist for problems connected to their bladder, bowels or pelvic floor muscles as it can be tailored to a specific exercise programme and set to remind you when to do your exercises. It is simple to use, discreet, informative and has helpful visual and audio prompts to support your exercise programme plus it maintains a record of the number of exercises you have completed.

Squeezy has been reviewed and approved by the NHS Choices health apps library team for its clinical safety, and was a runner up in the finals of the Advancing Healthcare Awards 2014.

Following surgery, I was going to spend hundreds on a pelvic floor toner, until my physiotherapisy recommended this app. Easy to use. You can custom exercises to suit you and even set a handy alarm to remind you when to do them. It keeps a record of exercises completed, so you can review your progress. There is even a bladder diary included, if you need it. 5 out of 5.

Despite setting permissions to allow for notifications for this app, I don\'t get any reminders! This means I forget to use it most of the time, defeating the object of paying £3 for it. This really needs to be fixed, I have a Samsung Galaxy S9, not like it\'s an uncommon phone.

I was really sceptical about this app when I first heard about it & thought it wouldn\'t be necessary & all I needed to do was set reminders on my phone. I was wrong! It is great. It gives good guidelines how to do the exercises correctly, is useful keeping a log & of course reminders when to do them. My only criticism is when I got a new phone I couldn\'t see a way it would save my exercise log, so have lost two months of data!

This app is great and is a really useful tool. I would definitely have given it 5 stars, however.... DEVELOPERS: Please could you create an update whereby you\'re able to keep doing other things on your phone at the same time the exercises are being carried out. At the moment, as soon as you click away from the app, the vibration and/or sound stops and the exercise pauses. I\'d like to be able to do other things on my phone (or have the app discretely minimised) whilst I am receiving the exercise prompts. Thank you very much.

I\'ve been using the app for about two ✌️ years, and have noticed a big difference. It\'s clear that I need to use it permanently to maintain the benefits, but it only takes a few minutes 3 times a day, and it\'s well worth it!!! I\'ve recommended it to my friend, who also suffers from stress incontinence, and she\'s eager to start the process.

This is a simple app to keep you on track with your pelvic floor training. Took a star off because (it seems, a bug?) once the reminders are set they cannot be changed. I want to change my reminder times and every time I do, and save them, the next session reverts back to the old reminder times - very annoying. Otherwise, does what it says on the tin!

The app itself is a great idea but the reminders don\'t work at all so for the price it\'s a bit of a rip off. Tried different things to make the reminders work but would just appear to be an issue with the app. Please could this be sorted out otherwise you\'re charging for a service that doesn\'t work

This app really helped me build up the strength in my pelvic floor. My muscles have really kicked in. It takes 8wks of continuous exercises for the muscles to this! But now they have, it is easier to do. I can never remember without this app. It is so clever how it does the countdown.....you can do it anytime, anywhere! And no-one knows that you done it!!!

Reminders no longer appear since upgrade to latest android software. Pointless

The reminders were really useful, would not remember to do the exercises otherwise! The timers are also reassuring so you know you\'ve done enough. Would like to see more advice and variation in what types of pelvic floor tucks you could do, is only negative, but I am more than happy to support NHS and found it great value and most of all, effective!
