Teladoc Health is a telehealth platform that unifies virtual care delivery with a single patient experience. The Teladoc Health Patient App enables video communications with your healthcare provider on your Android device. Use of this App requires an individual invitation link delivered via email or SMS from your provider or access to a unique waiting room URL. Clicking on the invitation link or web site link will launch the App and allow access. If you are a patient, ask your doctor if you should download the Teladoc Health Patient App for your Android device.

This App allows patients to:

- Click a link from an appointment invitation of a visit now URL to input demographic information and complete the intake process associated with a specific visit.

This process can include:

- Medical questionnaires

- Consent forms

- Payment

- Insurance processing

- Video consult with a medical provider

- Patient survey, which will be available for the provider to review as a part of the visit encounter.

Such a bad design. This will be dropped when scheduled visits with patients continue to be missed due to inability to even downlaod the app. Poor design, poor function, doesnt work, wont download, does not connect. Waste of everyones time. Directors at hospitals using this should not retain job as there it will cost the medical provider $$$ . Dont take it from me read the reviews.

Great app, easy to navigate great fast way to make appointments, send messages to your Dr. Directly. I do video Dr. visits on this app. Look up any lab results, upcoming appt. All past or present concerns & visits. Order med refills requests. All my health history securely stores in this app. Definately reccommend.

Love the app because the Visit with the Physician is easy to work with since the staff keeps you informed what you need to install and do..Also great visual also.No cutting out or interface..

As an it consultant for 30 years i would rewrite the register app. Does not fit on cell phone. State scroll brings up state 3 or 4 to get to mi. Can\'t see passwords security pop up to left can\'t see ditto specialty. Been video w Rogers city 8 month\'s no app required

I have never used before. knowledge of computers very very limited. Very apprehensive. Not very user friendly to a 75 year old even after coaching from Daughter and Grandson. Only reason I agreed to use was I couldnt arrange a ride from my residence in Tacoma to downtown Seattle at such short notice. Didn\'t really satisfy my concerns. Too worried and nervous about call to stay focused.
