Crashing, not connecting, not executing orders, deletes orders without notifying you. Could cost you quite a lot of money if you need immediate access to your account, and of course they take no responsibility for any of these issues. The interface and the app in general would be fine, however if you trade actively, you could be loosing out big time.

Missing a couple of options I\'d really like to have (such as a trailing stop loss), and the interface between pie investments and independent investments is a bit confusing. Customer support was pretty slow to respond (around 10 days I think). Otherwise it\'s certainly a great app for investing small amounts, don\'t have to worry about huge order fees.

It\'s a great trading app with lots of stocks. However, my stock orders never process in time, I could order the day before while market is open and it closes without my order and the next day it takes up to 10 minutes again. I\'m missing out on some big gains for my little account. 212 fix this ASAP. I\'m part of a group of over 30 people who uses 212 and we all become frustrated with this issue.

This used to be a really great app but over the last few days it has gone rapidly downhill for some reason. I had put an order in for a large amount but my order just hung for hours. Eventually, after the share price had increased almost tenfold my order was cancelled due to insufficient funds! Well it wouldn\'t have been if the order had gone through at the time! This has now happened half a dozen times in the last few days costing me some good investment opportunities. Extremely disappointing!

Not bad functionality. Information is clear and easily accessible. No bells and whistles of commission based service like ratings etc and you can\'t see company announcements. The former doesn\'t bother me though. What does is days like today, where I haven\'t been able to access the app since open of the US market. Not being able to buy or sell at open is not a good look for a trading app

Thus platform lacks pricing for instruments in monetary terms. Example: On CFDs, you want to buy on the S&P 500. You will see options to buy 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, etc: but you wont know what this actually costs your account until you make the trade. This for beginners is unhelpful as the percentage of your actuall trade could exceed your account equity if the trade moves against you. There should be clear pricing in £€$ when looking at how much your want to sell or buy.

PROCEED WITH CAUTION , this is not a neutral platform. They will asymmetrically restrict trading on instruments with no warning. They can and will block out buying but allow selling, causing a price crash and losing you money if you are holding. I tried to sell an instrument yesterday and after 5 hours it still hadn\'t sold and the market then closed. The value, of course, kept changing and my money was held hostage by them. There is no customer service to help in these situations. Be very careful giving them any substantial sums of money. Try someone more reputable, even if it costs more.

Worked fine when I first downloaded it and there was a live chat where people would respond in minutes. A few weeks in it seems like every other day I login to the app and its down , usually minutes before the US markets open, and there\'s no longer live chat either. Pretty tempted to invest future money with another company. But it does the bare minimal , so if you will hardly be using the app (which in reality is a good idea) then its ok

Started off great, but as previous reviewers mentioned, the new size limitations and regulations have essentially crippled this app for trading any stock or commodity CFDs. Such a shame. Edit: these are not temporary measures, they\'ve been in place for months and no one can take long positions on popular stocks or CFDs. I can\'t even buy a single contract of oil but can short to my hearts content? What a joke.

This has been an excellent app. With very little effort I have been able to gain £10 in profit. A side note though. If you invest in UK stocks, remember that there is a Tax paid before purchasing. It\'s about 1p per 50p give or take. But with that in mind. I can see some serious profit can be made here. :)
