After not working with for ubereats for a while. I thought the app got better. I was very wrong. the \"Leave at door\" option doesn\'t work. it goes into a loop. and don\'t let you finish the Deliver. press skip and note it does the same loop ask you take a photo again,had to force stop the app. FIX IT UBER.! at times I will literally have my phone at hand it shows me that I\'m online. out of nowhere a message appears \"are you still accepting del\" & signs me out. the aggrevation for $7ph to High!!!

Please, please please please add the option for us to see the customers address and predicted route on a map view, before we accept the order. So when it pops up, it tells us the restaurant AND the customer location in miles, showing it on the map. As a cyclist, I am fed up of getting orders which are really far away. Remember, we aren\'t as fast as car drivers and the further away you give us, the colder the food gets and longer the customers have to wait.

I was satisfied with this app making more than $15hr, then things started getting weird. I could sit in a peak time for an hour and only receive one request. Red all around me on the map. I would force close ext. Nothing worked still got little to no requests. I use to make an easy $200 on a Saturday due to all the malfunctions I walked away with $60 today. If this keeps up I will take my skills elsewhere. Not worth spending 7hrs on the road to make $60.

The amount of issues with the driver app has been absolutely ridiculous lately. Most recently, my driver app has been stuck in destination mode with no way to remove it keeping me from getting rides. This first occurred on Saturday November 28th. I have been in contact with uber support no less than 6 times and the app issue still has not been fixed. It is now December 8th. They have told me they do not know how to fix it. All steps they offered have not worked. I can\'t work yet they offer ques

The App has been working for the most part, until yesterday. I had a pick up order at a Restaurant. I delivered it pressed the Delivered button. Then it just froze on me. It kept saying that i still had to pick up the order. I turned my phone off, went back home. Uninstalled the App, reinstall the App. Still was saying that i needed to pick up an order. Call Uber Support a few times. Still had the same issues. I finally just turned my phone off and called it a night. I hope it works today 🙏.

For over a month now the app has been broken. It locks up constantly. It tells you your online and then pops up and asks if you want to go back online. It stops navigating and won\'t let you show an order picked up until you force it to reset by restarting your phone. It is completely trash right now. I have reinstalled, reset the network and even factory reset my Galaxy S20 Plus. None of that changed anything. Support just tells me to do the things I have already done again. So annoying.

Surge pricing in my area is just dangling a carrot on a stick. If you want us to go there, when we get there don\'t lift the surge. Also, 2 set destinations a day is ridiculous. If I get taken out of my city 30 miles away, I should have unlimited chances to see if someone needs a ride back to my city. Somehow you guys don\'t see that this is probably causing surges in the first place. Finally, a horrifying number of riders DO NOT TIP. WE NEED A LARGER PERCENTAGE OF THE FARE.

Every week it\'s something with this app. Today I was in the middle of lunch rush and the app bugged out because of an automatic update. I couldn\'t log in for the longest time and when I finally could it\'s reset all my preferences and I can\'t change them back. I only drive UberEats and I can\'t set it to that in driving preferences so I can\'t drive at all right now. To top it off, they removed the \"call support\" option from the app. It\'s like they knew they\'d get an influx of calls after updating

I updated the app today. When I get a ride and choose the navigation in Google Maps, the Uber Driver app crashes. When I try to login, it says something like \"Can\'t go online, logoff from other device\". This happened twice. It worked fine before I haven\'t updated the app. I have no option to logoff from the device. Have restarted multiple times. The rider cancels the ride after waiting for sometime.

The app freezes a lot. My idle on the map doesnt move and when I accept a trip and I have to power off my phone and back on again for it to work. Happens several times a day. And dont get me started on the customer service Uber offers. Please, first they are all foreign and can never help you. They never have a good answer to your questions and always say \"they will look into things\".
