This has to be one of the worst scheduling apps I have ever used. When it doesn\'t tell you there is a 502 server error, it barely has any functionality outside of checking your shifts. Trying to get a shift covered? Good luck because you will have to send a request to people, they must refresh, accept it, then a leader must approve it, and even then it might mess up. Overall terrible app with terrible servers.
Just awful! I can\'t believe that Target is using this service (?) for its team members. I\'ve been patient for weeks now, waiting for the Kronos tech people to fix whatever is going on, but this is ridiculous. \"Server Error\" and \"Unable to contact server\" every time I try to log on is unacceptable. Target Corp? Please, do us all a favor. Stop wasting your money and find a reliable service we deserve.
This app does not work half the time when I try and log on. My fellow Target team members all seem to have the same problem. It is a terrible app and I am ashamed that Target would align itself with something so unreliable. My wife\'s company uses it as well and they all have the same problem. Good luck if this is your company\'s only way to access your schedule.
THE worst! Log in issues, freezes randomly, constant error message, glitches, not reliable, not user friendly, terrible set up, and no notifications. If this app wasn\'t mandatory to have due to my job, I would not have it on my phone. How terrible and with all the issues the whole thing needs to be redone.
Most of the time, it doesn\'t work. That\'s why I only gave it 3 stars. It\'s an ok app when it does work. But most of the time, it takes forever to sign in, check my schedule or check my timecard. Please fix it. UPDATE 8/8/20: Now the server isn\'t connecting. When I go to uninstall, it says \"was not installed by Google Play\" FIX IT
This app is absolutely horrendous, the UI looks like something a highschooler made, the servers are never working, and the entire thing is just nonfunctional, if there were a way to give this less than 1 star i would, companies using this app should 100% drop it and not even think about it. Kronos, for being a billion dollar company, sure as hell does not care what they put out.
Kronos is the only method I have to check my schedule from home. Every time I try to sign in, it loads and then takes me back tonthe login screen. I am VERY disappointed in this app. If there was any other method I would use it instead of this app. I shouldn\'t have to drive to work just to check my schedule. Please fix this app so it can actually be useful.
This app is very basic and looking at my work schedule is ridiculously confusing. The week starts on Sunday and ends on Saturday, however, this app doesn\'t follow that rule. For some reason, I have to scroll ahead to finish seeing my whole work week. Another issue I have is the inability to see my paystub. Doesn\'t seem like it is that difficult with the tech and software we have to pull this off.
Several times I have gotten where I put in my login info and it tell me it is wrong. I put in the correct info but it is still telling me it is wrong. One time it did tell me it was down but usual only tells me wrong username or password. I need this so I know my schedule. This is very stressful and inconvenient for many people who use this app for it to continuously have issues.
it\'s a great app. easy to use. switching shifts and setting availability is very useful. it would be great if i could view unit schedule as well though. Edit March 2020: I don\'t know what happened to Kronos. Switched employers. Put in my new info. But now everytime I try to log in, I just get a white screen. That sucks.
