Description of VA Rx Refill

The Rx Refill mobile application (app) allows you to request refills of your refillable VA-issued prescriptions, track VA prescription deliveries, view VA prescription history and access additional medication information on My HealtheVet from the convenience of your mobile device. The app works in conjunction with the Rx Refill feature within My HealtheVet, and refill requests submitted through the app or the My HealtheVet website are trackable using the app's Track Delivery feature.

I expected this app to not work at all, so I was pleasantly surprised. Working perfectly for me, using myhealthvet login (haven\'t tried DS login yet). Simple, to the point, & is displayed nearly identical to the web version. 👍👍 Incidentally, I\'m well aware of the VA website\'s shortcomings (!). To that end, this is a well developed app for the purposes of filling /reviewing prescriptions.

I\'m in love with this. Didn\'t know it existed. Downloaded it then signed in and within minutes my prescription was ordered. This is way more simple than going through the site. Awesome improvement to VA.

Not sure why anyone would down-rate this app. It does exactly what the website does but faster, especially in low-signal cell coverage even compared to trying to use a browser. I hesitate to say this, but the VA finally got one thing right in my 30+ years of experience with them. I know, I know... the app will now self-destruct and never work again... just like the VA computer systems, inter-state VA communication and VA doctors. SSDD.

Like all V.A web access, this one is obtuse and not user friendly. Look at any .Gov websites to see how to build a website. VA web access should be easy, with fewer descriptions about what you may be looking for. Just take the user to the access point. Cannot access prescriptions so cannot reorder.

Very substandard. Does not work at all due to various server errors. You would think this would have been tested before release.

This app is excellent in that it is straight forward, easy to understand and very simple and uncomplicated to use. Cannot ask for more than that. I might add that, most importantly, it works seamlessly.

Totally useless. App freezes and NEVER submits refill requests. You\'re better off calling or using the website. I have an Android phone, just had to get my login from the website, not hard, but app just freezes when you submit for a refill. Decent cell coverage (3 out of 5 bars) on Verizon.

Surprise, Surprise, it worked on my 5 yr old Android phone, although I will say I haven\'t had much trouble with other VA apps..I\'m the Vets wife and know he wouldn\'t be able to order here, but at least with his med info in one place, if I weren\'t available, someone else could easily order for him! Thanks VA people!

User friendly. Had zero issues, unlike other reviewers. I expected the app to be a Fail based on some of the reviews. Easy login with MyHealtheVet, worked on the first try. Large font for those w/ poor vision. Easy to refill, track, & obtain medication status (active, discontinued, expired), date of last fill etc. The app did not crash or freeze. DL from Google Play on Samsung s10. Maybe Apple users are having issues? If there are bugs, please report to the developer so they can fix.

It\'s really no different then using the webpage. Kind of defeats the purpose of installing an app on your phone. Just go to the webpage, and send a shortcut to your phone screen.
