aside from the recent settlement with the sec saying that 31% of accounts got hit by wash sales during tax harvesting when wealthfront says they avoid it, i have had nothing but poor returns for an entire year. they mostly stick to the same few vanguard funds and etfs. the worst part is that when you make a withdrawal theres no evidence that they execute the sale when you ask for it. I was never not at a 5 - 10% loss the entire year. i have more complaints but there is a character limit. 2 stars

This app is really easy to use and great for saving money. The FDIC insured saving account allows me to stash money for a rainy day that will earn high interest and is protected. The investment accounts also make saving for the future easy if you\'re willing to accept the risks involved with any type of investing

Edit Jan 2021: Every account including Sallie Mae works now, and while I\'m very skeptical of Path\'s predictions, it\'s cool that I\'ve been able to plug everything in. It\'s still annoying to have to manually reconnect accounts regularly, like Capital One, that I\'ve never had to do that for in Intuit Mint, though. Still, happy the issue I had was fixed before I even got to support about it outside this review - hope this app+service keeps getting better! [removed the old review for text lengh]

Excellent app but they need to find a better way to make it so you don\'t have to constantly renew links. It\'s incredibly repetitive and I feel like there has to be a better way. Needing to renew a link every week really hurts the user experience.

I cancelled my WF account 2 years ago after a bad experience selling securities, but came back to see if things were a bit more organized this time around. I think it\'s crazy that a financial management app that purports linked accounts doesn\'t update the values in those accounts on a daily basis like Personal Capital, Mint, and Schwab do. There\'s not even a way to refresh accounts, so you\'re never operating with fresh info. That feels very broken to me for an app handling so much money.

Been using this for a few months now and it\'s suited my needs perfectly. I put off investing in a Roth IRA for a long time because I\'m not good at setting appointments with real people. But the app is easy to use, has cool little graphs, and is great to show to friends who haven\'t prioritized saving yet. And when I deposit money, seeing the immediate impact to my estimated savings at retirement gives my little instant gratification lizard brain motivation.

Great app, but recently you\'ve changed the UI in the investment account, and now I can\'t see how much I\'ve contributed to the account. I can only see the current balance, but it doesn\'t break it to contribution and profit, like the other UI. This change have made the presentation of the information worst. Please revert back.

The app takes a while to get used too and you kind of have to play around with it a little bit. The linking portion is a bit slow and shows the wrong numbers sometimes. Over all the cash account really is the reason I use wealthfront and that is easy enough! So, if you\'re looking for some decent interest or tracking your financials it\'s pretty good.

I honestly have loved Wealthfront and it has become my primary money saving tool. The app was clear and easy to navigate. I say \"was\" because their recent update has made it difficult to find my money-weighted and no longer lets me easily view the amount I\'ve deposited. Instead, I need to slide my finger on the graph to see information that was once readily available. I look forward to them fixing the app to improve the rating. This rating is only in regards to the app interface.
