Love the game however when you get to level 500 it says that new levels need to be downloaded and will not download. This bug has been around for over 3 months and no updates to the fix have been given apart from \"weve passed it on to developers\". After having to reach level 500 twice and pay to remove adds twice im disappointed that what appears to be a simple fix is taking long to sort out.

As with a number of others here I am unable to download the additional levels and there has been no reply from direct support out of the app. Today I even got a tip that said one of the words is \"ears.\" Clicked on that, no joy. EDIT: been over 30 days with no fix. Uninstalled.

I was able to resume where I left off. Great game. I had to change my rating from 5 stars to 4 because for months I am not getting my 15 coin bonus for consecutively solving the daily puzzle. I still play everyday

I really love this game. Super fun! I\'m only giving three stars instead of five, tho, because each time I get a new phone I have to start all over again from the beginning! I\'d almost reached level 300, then lost it all when I got a new phone and had to start back at level one. There really needs to be a way to carry accounts from one device to another. *4 stars after dev response, thank you. Still not 5 stars, only because I think this could be made a bit more clear in the app itself. Thx!

This is such a fun game I\'m 10 and for my age word games are not intesting but wordalot is so much fun. I first started this game with my family and I didn\'t even know you had to look at the pictures then I was so confused how they got so much words I really had no clue how to play then I found out. this game is so fun. i highly recommend this if you are very bored

Well I redownloaded this game. Why ? I dont know. Please, again I updated this game but it will not open. I have been on line but to no avail. I have sent texts to you and no response. So I am deleating this game. I have no problems with other game or app updates, it is only this one. Thank you

Love the game, but would rate 5 stars if it wasn\'t for the daily challenge problem Gives no words to tap, and sometimes all of a sudden restart the daily challenge!!

I watched the ads entirely to receive the double points. But you stop allowing me to receive the double points. I\'ve sent so emails to the organizers I don\'t know how many! Their response is that they\'ve solved the problem but they never did. The only way for me to receive the double pts again is to delete the game and reinstall. There\'s a option to continue where you left off but you have to start your points for the daily challenge from the beginning when I was at 15 pts. Anyone else?

great game but would recommend you to be able to watch couple of ads a day to get coins t to get extra letters when stuck instead of having to buy coins.
