Sad you need to pay Read the reviews and was excited to try it out, but unfortunately a lot of the programs need to be paid for. It\'s not expensive but I\'m just going to look for other apps, see if I like them better if not I will see if it\'s worth paying the extra $ or not.

I love this app! I used to do yoga at the gym but, as a student, I no longer have the money for membership. I was desperate for a replacement for the classes and finally found this app! I think the demonstrations and directions given are very comprehensive, help you to avoid injury and allow you to tailor the poses to suit your level. I also love that you are told the benefits of the poses and that meditative type poses are included in the sessions - yoga classes on most fitness apps/videos that I\'ve tried don\'t do this.

What a life saver! This simple app is exactly what I was looking for. I have some experience, and this provides the guidance I need. I have a free account, which is great. You level up through practice! Unlocking new programs along the way. Track your practice. Set goals. Learn breathing and meditation practices. A holistic approach that works with your practice and progress. Proud to say I\'ve done 150 classes since March 2020.

This app is really disappointing. If you have experience with yoga you\'ll find the instruction monotonous and transitions awkwardly slow. If you\'re an absolute beginner it might be OK, but there are other apps with far better intros to yoga. They assume a high degree of flexibility and don\'t offer instruction for making poses easier or more intense, nor do they provide adequate instruction to ensure safety in some of the more difficult inversion and hip opening poses.

This is the best yoga app I\'ve used. It has customized classes for several levels of practitioners. The best part is that the classes that are locked, you don\'t need to pay anything to unlock them. You can do that just by practicing. As the more you practice, you gather more kriya points, using which you can unlock them. So, this app is a great way of starting to practice yoga.

Superb! I\'m a beginer; the voice, music and poses going very well together. Fairly easy but also challenging which keeps me interested ( I\'m getting bored quickly if something is too easy). The length of sessions is also great for me. I wouldn\'t even start if it would be for an hour ... I love it and will recommend this App to my friends.

I absolutely love this app! I\'ve been using it off and on now for 4 ish years and I love it just as much now as when I started. Started as a beginner, it is so user friendly and easy to use...and now that I cant go to my weekly classes I\'m using it again. Verbal and visual prompts, along with a soothing narrative voice and background music. Also love the choice of singles or class programs, that if you start with the beginners classes will grow with you perfectly as your skill level increases💙

Loved the great Video for beginners. I skipped the sign in process when i couldn\'t remember my pw, so was able to follow the beginner\'s video. Well Done. Looking forward to structuring a regular yoga session. Yoga helped me greatly during the flu of Jan 2017. Yoga eliminated my body aches :)

Very nice and useful app. I\'m just a beginner and I\'m already loving the app. Waaay better than the other yoga apps. Even the classes are layed out well. The kriya points makes it even interesting to unlock new classes. Only problem is with the background music. I need to turn off the background music inorder to hear the instructions clearly(keeping background music on makes tge yoga soothing and calm). Thats it. Satisfied with everything else... Kk I wrote a little too much...;-)

the music really makes a difference i love it:) great app! you have to pay for some stuff but you can also unlock things you want by doing lots of yoga so that\'s fun! very relaxing and helpful app thanks
