Was great. Not now. I received an email saying I\'m vip, and to contact them for 25,000 coins. I was stoked since I\'ve played for awhile and spent a little money. Support took hours to get back to me. \"Sorry, it looks like that was sent to you by mistake\" is basically what they said. 25000 coins is a lot, enough to be highly disappointed, and let down by that one sentence response. I\'ve tried to follow-up. And they\'re ignoring me. They used to have an amazing support team. I guess they don\'t now.

Crooks. Dont wait up for rewards or get excited. These guys will find an excuse not to pay you. I signed up about a week ago and hit it big. Won 8200 points my first go around. I was like \" hey this is super cool!\" and I went on to order some walmart giftcards. Three days later when I go to check my order status it reads \"error\". I contacted support and days later they finally send me some garbage lies about me having \"more than one account\" and told me I was banned. Liars and cheats. Be warned

I\'m sorry but how is it my fault when your program is the reason I have multiple accounts? It fails to sign me in and then creates a new one on its own. The timing of it all is what is odd...right after I put in for a $25 gift card after some lucky hits. And now my account is cancelled...I think this will go on my review of your site. Awesome game and cool real life rewards! Only wish there was more opportunities to get more coins daily! This is an edit to my review, and I just want to say Zitobox is most awesome to play. I currently just won one of the trivia questions and customer support just sent me an email letting me know that my gift card had been delayed but that they just sent it and it\'s on the way. THIS IS A HUGE SCAM DON\'T GIVE THEM ANY MONEY. I actually won a lot of money worth of gift cards. Ordered the ones I wanted and the next day my account is locked and their support tells me I manipulated my devise id number and that my points are gone. Please don\'t buy anything from them. They\'re con artist and I think they stole personal info from me too. Zitobox is a joke

I downloaded it yesterday. Played as a guest.Got over 7,000,000! Went to redeem. Got bumped from the game. I resubmit my e-mail,password. Was told that e-mail was already used. Yeah,by me!I got back into the game,but it\'s different.Theres no credits I had,no joker machine,just a dumb lion game! Where is all the machines I had to choose from? Why isn\'t my password working. The first time I actually was doing well, I was kicked off a machine. I was took for over 20,000 coins. Contacted customer support to be told, \"nothing wrong with our machines\". I decided to purchase and give the game another chance. I did well and played for many days. (I have converted over 10,000 zito loyalty points into coins-I\'m sure closer to 20,000 in around a month of playing) Took for$5 didn\'t get my coins and took for 10,000 coins kicked off game. No more purchases will use free play
